It’s creamy, clean, filling, very satisfying. I haven’t tried the strawberry wish my local stores carried this flavour. Vanilla is good but the plain, again very versatile. Use it to make dips, smoothies and it’s excellent way to toss my frozen fruit in the container over night and have it for lunch the next day. It’s like an ice cream Treat. I highly recommend this product 👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I have been drinking this after my morning workout since April. Mixing with water is fine, I’ve grown accustom to the taste, smell. Recently I discovered mixing it up in my morning coffee before I work out. Let me tell you it’s fantastic!!! I have made/added this powder to chicken meatballs, nachos, spaghetti, cookies, rice crispy squares, mashed potatoes, stew, Hamburgers, a ton of foods. It’s excellent. Wish it was a bit higher in protein but on low key days I mix up with my other go to high protein. I believe I’ve given this product two new facings on it‘S shelf location. I buy a lot. I haven’t tried the flavoured types because plain is so versatile. The results are positive 😎.
NO SUGAR and only two ingredients. Can’t really go wrong 👍🏽🤷🏽♀️🌸🤙🏽
