The experience in using Voila was far better than I expected. Sobey's has its act together with regards to offering an easy to use, seamless site and post customer service.
The website was simply laid out where you just couldn't get lost in searching for your items. The sales category was especially helpful too in adding items I wasn't thinking of. Scheduling a delivery was easy, next day was available (which can be hard to come by on a weekend). Payment and order confirmation processed without issue. I was even able to add items to my order before a well reasonable cut off time.
Delivery arrived within 15 minutes of my window start time. Very friendly employee who provided all items in order. Unfortunately, one fruit pack had gone south but customer service was phenomenal. They resolved the issue on the spot... showing a true commitment to freshness!
The service was useful for my busy family needs. The grocery prices are higher than I'm used to and the fee slightly higher than currently used competitor, but in a pinch, I would definitely use this service again. Now if only curbside pick up was available... I would be there every week ;)

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

The squares are just the right size, they soften pretty quickly in milk. What really take this up a notch is the generous dusting of cinnamon sugar... you can't really find one that's not covered. Each bite is satisfying. Bonus, the flavour seeps into the milk and makes that so yummy!! CTC is definitely not leaving the pantry shelf anytime soon :)

I can't ask for more in a chocolate treat. Im not much of a sweets person, but give me a box of Ferrero, and you won't see it again. From the unwrapping, to the first bite, it's a special experience. The textures melt my heart everytime. You've got chocolate covering, a thin wafer creating the ball shape and then the hazelnut in the middle... it's an explosion of flavours. Highly recommend this (not just for holidays but all year round!!). -

Throughout the years, I attempted to try other brands but nope, good ol' faithful Nutella always stole my heart. Creamy smooth with very light hazelnut chunks, I put this on everything from toast, to crackers to making desserts. A winning item that is being passed on to future gens (my kiddos love this too). -

This facial scrub is so effective! Was using a high end product, but the "grains" in St. Ives scrub is so similar, fine enough not to cause irritation but sufficient to get a super deep cleanse. I always look forward to using this (usually 3-4 times a week) as it achieves smooth skin without redness :) A winner indeed! -

Been searching for a deodorant since giving birth. Nothing seemed to work, even after hormones levelled off. I previously would rarely get wet. Buuuuut Secret Rose Water finally became the hero. First the scent is sublime, very subtle and causes no irritation. But the winning feature is no more feeling wet in the pits. It's incredible. I tested it for a week especially in very hot weather and still feeling fresh and dry. Thank you Secret! -
