I was unable to effectively do the 4 week trial so I can't speak to the results from an anti aging perspective but as someone with sensitive skin I can shed some light. I was super excited when I saw on the packaging suitable for sensitive skin but for me this was not the case, I immediately had red spots on my face with a burning sensation along with smaller raised red spots on my neck and chest shortly after. Clearly it was a reaction of some sort to the ingredients so if your skin doesn't react it may be great. I will say texture was nice and I liked that it did have a perfume like smell like many other facial prices have. I had the same reaction with both the eye cream and the serum from the same skin care line. -

Chapman's Super Premium Plus Salty Caramel Crunch
This is honestly the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Comparable to any of the other well known premium brands and from a Canadian company to boot. This will definitely be on rotation in our house and I can't wait to try them all!

I have dryer skin so I was excited to try an exfoliant to buff away some of that and it did which was great but unfortunately it didn't leave my skin feeling hydrated after as it claims. I think the alcohol in it may be the culprit for the ingredient that left my skin feeling dry and tight. It's a no for my skin but if you have skin more on the oily side and you're looking for a gently exfoliant this may work for you! -

Absolutely love blue lizard mineral sunscreen. It does leave a slight white cast as most mineral sunscreens do that's why the missing star (I wish I could only take half a star away) but that is my only complaint with this and it comes with the territory. If q slight white cast is the price I pay for sun protection that doesn't have carcinogenic ingredients it's a price I'm willing to pay. Goes on smooths and once it absorbs doesn't leave you feeling sticky. The colour changing cap is a fun way for kids to see when the UV is high too so they know it's sunscreen time. -

I am a traditional crest/colgate toothpaste girl usually, this was my first time using a fluoride free with natural ingredients so the texture was slightly different to get used to but now that I am I am loving it! My teeth feel less sensitive, probably due to that lack of chemicals, and super clean. Can't comment on the whitening yet as it's only been a week and my teeth are already fairly white but after trying this I think I will be switching permanently. A little pricier but to me it's worth it to cut out the chemicals! -
