I'm a fan of the SPF 30 day cream so I tried the night cream, and was sold. I still keep a bit of slightly heavier cream around for the ultra dry winter nights (hello Winter 2013/14!). Overall this is a good mid range night cream. Slightly heavier but a little goes a long way and I wake up with soft and firm skin. Anecdotally my cat loves the flavour and often licks my face once I put it on. -

Getting a decent SPF factor in a daily moisturizer that is light enough to wear under make up and not make you break out or look mask-ey is a tall order and Etival delivers well. This is a mid range 'white lab' product - I know there's a specific name for this range of brands, but I can never remember it. A little anti-aging, a little moisturizing and the valued SPF. Probably not great if you have oily skin but there is a Hydra line from Etival that might suit better. -

Perhaps because I received this in a box and got a sample size, I wasn't able to get the 'benefits' of a full sized wand, but in the end I found the plastic brush hard to use as it was difficult to not get too much product on the wand. It also failed my washes off with face wash test. It took my face wash, eye make up remover, some oil and it was still coming off on the towel -

Quo is Shoppers' house line for make up, and I've had various experiences with their make up products, but I think their eyeshadow is really quite good for the price point. Generally available in collections each season, it's line that SDM doesn't promote very much, and it's a shame. The packaging is also stunning. -

Technically this is a body wash for people with issues of sensitivity to soap, but I use it as a face wash, which is why I rated the price point neutrally. As a body wash it's a higher price point, as a face wash it's reasonable. It was a sort of whispered suggestion from the drugstore cosmetician and a fellow shopper, but thankfully they shared and I now have a great product that takes off my make up, doesn't make my skin feel tight and doesn't make me breakout. -
