As often the case with 'colour guard' products, the spray on, leave in conditioner was way to heavy for my hair flattening it even when used very sparingly and when my regular product was added. I get that a lot of people who colour need hair repair but there must be more than one of me. who, in spite of colouring, has very normal hair. i'd like the benefits of having my colour not fade so quickly but i don't need to repair part. -

I'm very particular about condition. even with colouring my hair is very normal and prone to going greasy. because it's shorter i wash daily and use product so we're talking about going greasy within a few hours. #gotitfree from ChickAdvisor and used with the accompanying shampoo. The conditioner didn't rinse out as well as I like it to - I use very little conditioner, i tend to go through 2 bottles of shampoo for every 1 of conditioner. I found my hair a bit slick feeling after several rinses, but put in my usual product and went on with my day. Didn't find my hair greasy at the end of the day but not certain i'd like that feeling of un-rinsed conditioner. haven't had the chance to see if there was really any difference with my colour fading. on the fence. as with the shampoo without knowing the price i'm not certain if the product is worth it. -

So far this seems to be a decent product. The packaging is a little weird, i had the bottle upside down, that is the opening down as the design seems to dictate, but the product is too viscous for this to be useful as i ended up with more than needed. Got sudsy, rinsed decently, didn't seem to make my hair greasy by the end of the day. Without knowing what the price is it's hard to tell if i would purchase it again. #gotitfree -

I don't usually buy at Skechers but found a pair of sandals i liked but where not available in the store, so decided to buy online. Prices were offered in Canadian dollars, no sales that I could see were offered, and i waited through the May long weekend and the US May long weekend so see if maybe they'd have an offer. Finally i got a random 1 day 25% off through their email list. Orders are processed via the usual means but shipping is charged no matter what amount you spend. My bill was over $100 and even after signing up to be an 'Elite" member i still paid $4.95 for shipping. the kicker though, was that the order stated it would take between 10 and 15 days to deliver and they were not kidding. after 10 business days I inquired about my order only to be told that they do not order from the US until they receive our orders, so although it took 13 business days and 17 calendar days for the order to arrive my credit card was charged almost immediately. the product was good however the packaging was excessive. two big boxes for 2 pairs of shoes, with lots of air bag fillers in those boxes when both pairs would have fit into the first box. i'm not going out of my way to order from them again. -

Wanted a lower cost serum than I had been buying and this was on offer so decided to try it and usually i don't put much stock in 'overnight results' but it did seem to plump up my skin within a few days. I've only used it a few days running with different moisturizers on top but so far am impressed. -

while there's nothing wrong with this product, i'm not certain it's for me. i generally use a salt spray on my fine hair because it takes the tiny bit of a wave i have and enhances it. this mousse, while adding volume and not making my hair greasy didn't have that bit of movement I like. overall it seems ok. the bottle though, seemed hard to use. I shook the can as directed but found the button hard to depressed and found a lot of air coming out rather than product. it took a few tried to get the amount i needed. as i don't usually use these kinds of dispensers i'm not sure if this is normal or if i have a faulty bottle. #gotitfree -

i have a lot of hair but it is very fine. it is also prone to going oily so i have to be careful about what i use in it. I generally don't use hairspray but the free chickadvisor samples had come in the mail today so I grabbed the hairspray and puffed myself up. I had a hair cut yesterday so my hair is newly shorn and layered. Unfortunately 25 minutes later, after a short walk and subway trip my hair was completely flat again. with slightly damp fingers I tried to revive it but it didn't really do anything. -

Bought these on offer and really they don't work all that well. There were two in a pack and one is coloured but doesn't offer any difference to the one that appears to not have any colour. And they don't last all that long and I generally don't 'eat off' my lip product. Very glad I didn't spend a ton on these. -

This was received through the Chick Adviser Premium membership. I don't normally use pencils for my brows, preferring to use brushes, so it took some time to play a bit before I got the hang of it. The concept is pretty similar to powder/wax brow kits I use except with those I can combine the products on the brush instead of one over the other. The colour was a bit dark as I have almost blond brows but like to darken them. The little pencil sharpener is lovely and i'll definitely have use for this. However based on the price, I'm saying don't bother. -
