I am 25 years old, immigrated to Canada from Afghanistan at the tender age of two and am the eldest of four children.

My passions in life are cooking, beauty/makeup and fashion.

love spending time with my family and friends. Since I got married last year, I've been hosting gatherings and dinners for all. Ever since I was a child, I would watch my mom in the kitchen. I become very fond of cooking (and food!) and made it my life's mission to become a cook as great as my mom. I love infusing recipes from different cultures to create a spread unlike any other.

When im not cooking up a storm, I like to follow up on all the latest makeup products, beauty tips and tutorials. I love experimenting and try not to stick to any single product for too long, especially when there's new things coming out every day! With make up and fashion trends changing so often, I have my list of Instagaram accounts that I follow religiously to ensure nothing new and upcoming is missed.

All in all, I'm just a chick that is looking to broaden my horizons, look at the glass half full and enjoy what life throws my way :)
