Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies has really helped with my brittle hair/nails.
Since I started taking them about a year ago, I have noticed a difference in my nails. They are not as brittle anymore and grow out a lot longer now. With my hair, I didn't see a dramatic difference but I did notice less hair falling out in the shower so that is a plus!
These are not magic gummies that will grow your hair like Rapunzel but can definitely help up your biotin intake which will help with the appearance of your nails and hair!
Would recommend to anyone! You can never have nails or hair that is too strong/ too healthy AND they taste soo good!

I loved the concept of the in-shower body lotion! The product did a great job moisturizing my skin and I only had to touch up a few areas afterwards with regular lotion.
Do I recommend it? Yes, but only if you have the time to divert the shower head somewhere else, remove the excess water wherever you can and then apply the lotion. You cannot apply the lotion with a rainfall over your head otherwise it'll just wash away.
Otherwise, great product!

It penetrates and works deep to deliver that long lasting and much needed moisture. Definitely recommend for anyone who has dry/oily combination skin!

Wipes all surfaces clean with no residue whatsoever. They also leave a nice scent- better than disinfecting sprays that linger in the air.
They usually come in a pack of 30-80 which is great because you will end up going through a lot once you see how good they are. Price-wise, these are a great value! Highly recommend!

I use Epsom salts in my foot bath all the time. I soak my foot in warm water for 15-20 minutes every week. The salts help to remove dead skin and improve circulation in your legs!
It even goes as far as removing toxins from under your feet (which is an amazing stress reliever). My feet tingle for hours afterward. I love it. Definitely recommend.

This perfect if you like a juicy, woodsy, musky, vanilla scent. It's light, yet so refreshing! And if applied right after a shower, it will stay and you will get whifs of it throughout the day.
I didn't find it as moisturizing, my skin still felt dry after applying it. I normally use it on top of my coconut oil for the smell of it, it's that good :)
I would also recommend using the body spray after.

I use this hairspray all the time! For daily blowouts, parties/weddings, you name it. It has a natural hold that stays without looking slick and crunchy. The wind can blow through my hair without ruining my hairdo. Best of all, at the end of the day, I can comb through my hair with no hassle or built up hairspray.
It isn't the most affordable amongst other drugstore hairsprays but I think it's as good as any salon brand. I would definitely recommend if you want a stronger than normal hold that lasts!!
