I got this free from Chick advisor. I drink a protein smootie everyday after my work out. So getting to try something differenet was nice. I found that it was really good in the smoothie it made it thicker which was nice > I also but the protiem... +

I found that it was really good in the smoothie it made it thicker which was nice > I also but the protiem powder in the home made granola as well, blended really nice in the mix. But there was no flavour on the protien so you can put it in anything -
