Nice and light for the summer, when you don't want to wear full foundation, because it's hot and sweaty.
I gave it 5 stars for price, I'm not sure what they usually go for, I bought a bunch during the last week of the Target liquidation clearance sale, so i got them for super cheap.

I LOVE CoverGirl's LashBlast Volume Mascara (the orange one), it's one of my all time favourite products! Super affordable, and makes your lashes super long and thick, with out looking clumpy or like spider legs. Seriously, you can get this stuff on sale for like $3, and it is way better than most of the "high end" brands that are $30+. -

Vichy Idealia Life Serum is wonderful, seriously where had this stuff been all my life? The packaging is beautiful, very eye catching. Even the serum is pretty and shimmery. I didn't notice a scent, so it must smell good :) It works great! 1 pump in the morning after you cleanse and tone your face, under your daily moisturizer.
I really can't believe how beautiful and healthy my skin looks.

Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep really is a miracle in a jar! I'm 29... again... for the 6th yr in a row... uh, fine, I'm really 35... and have 3 kids (4 if you count my husband... he's more work than the 3 kids combined.) So I'm starting to get some... +
Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep really is a miracle in a jar!
I'm 29... again... for the 6th yr in a row... uh, fine, I'm really 35... and have 3 kids (4 if you count my husband... he's more work than the 3 kids combined.)
So I'm starting to get some fine lines around my eyes and on my forehead, I have been contemplating trying botox. But after discovering this little gem, I think I'll be able to wait a few years.
My first thoughts were how pretty the packaging is, and how pretty the lotion is, it smells sooo nice too. My first time applying it, it felt so nice, like applying aloe at first (kind of wet and cooling and sticky) but it dried/absorbed eight away. It makes your face pretty shiny, not a big deal, you're going to bed anyways. In the morning, I washed my face (with a gentle cleanser, like I always do) and I could not believe how soft my skin was, and even after only 1 use I noticed all of my fine lines were gone, all day!
I do have to warn you (whoever you are reading this) make sure you don't get it too close to your eyes. I went a little crazy, and got some too close to my eyes and it STINGS, even when I woke up the next morning my eyes were stinging, like bad... Like what I would imagine it feels like to get bleach in your eyes, that bad.
So as long as you "avoid contact with eyes" like it says on the box :P you'll be fine.
As for the price, yes it's on the more expensive side for most of us average working middle class folk, but it's totally worth it. I'd give it 5 stars for price, but feel if it was closer to $40 (rather than $52 for 50ml) more people would be able to afford to buy it, thus selling more product and increasing Vichy's profit margin.

I am absolutely loving the Smashbox Lip Enhancing Gloss in Fairbait. I think it's my new must have product. I totally thought it was going to be super bright, and look ridiculous on me, but it's perfect. The gloss it's self smells great, didn't notice a taste (like some of the cheep drug store brands) and it lasted long, with out feeling sticky or yucky. But at almost $30 a piece, it's going to hurt the wallet. -

Wow, Mabel's labels are great! We already labeled all of my little guys stuff that he is taking with him to camp. Then just to test out how well they hold up, I put a pair of his swim shorts through the washer and dryer TWICE and the label still looks and feels like we just put it on!
I'm also loving the shoe labels, since he has to bring runners, in door shoes and sandals, I don't have to worry about him losing any of them, since they have his name in them.
Once I brought him to the McDonalds play place, where they have to take their shoes off to play. When it was time to go, his shoes were gone, but a pair exactly like his (except 2 sizes bigger) were the only ones left. So someone must have squeezed their feet into his shoes and left with them. Mabel's label's sure would have come in handy that day.

The colour was a little brighter than I'm used to, but I got a few complements on it, so that worked out :) -

Move over Proactive, the AcneFree 3 step system is just as good (if not better) and for a fraction of the price! I suffered mild to moderate acne from the time I was 9, until I started using the Acne Free 3 step system at 30. It takes a couple weeks for you to really start noticing a difference, it needs time to get all that deep down yuck out of your skin and for the acne you already have to clear up, after that it's perfect skin 100% of the time! -
This stuff HATES me, every time I use it, it turns my hair purple. And I paid a small fortune, since I couldn't find it in Canada, I opted to get it imported from Australia, so i paid $35 just in shipping :/

I went from dying my hair dark brown with boxed dye, to light ash blonde (holy nightmare!) needless to say, my hair was FRIED, seriously it looked like a value village Barbie dolls hair (but smelled better, cause those things are nasty) Thankfully, with the help of Organix renewing Argan Oil, after a few weeks my hair started to look normal again. I have been using it for a year, and my hair has never looked healthier, despite getting it bleached every 6 weeks religiously :) -
