5mg seems to be standard for maletonin but I can attest to the effectiveness of this product. I begin to feel sleepy within 45 minutes.

I would not purchase this product for myself. After using once I realized that I would prefer to wash my hair than use this product and end up with hair that feels weighed down and heavily coated. I was very concerned about the Ingredients listed, including propane and butane - lighter fluid. I have heard great things about dry shampoo in general but this product did not leave me wanting to try more. -

The two positives about this product are the clean and sleek packaging and the light texture of the product and the fresh and light texture on the skin. What I do not like about this product is the scent, it smells like bug spray and I will plug my nose while applying it then wait for the scent to dissipate once it's applied. The feel on my skin afterwards is tacky and slightly sticky until it dries. I would not buy or recommend this product but I was glad I was able to #tryitfree before I was lured into buying this Nivea product. -

I have tried a few flavours, most recently the fruit and nut and it was quite good. Nice texture although a little mealy much like similar bars. I would like to see a higher protein content or more nutrients. All in all a nice snack.

lindt chocolate bunny
Love these little chocolate bunnies!! My husband knows they are a special treat and has come home with one or two on occasion around Easter time. I definitely eat the ears first then work my way down. A good amount of chocolate to save or share!
