I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately if you have melanin, be forewarned this product leaves a white cast. This product is more of a sunscreen than moisturizer. It is very thick and very white. I had to rub it in quite a lot to ensure that it disappeared into my skin. I also found the moisturizer had an odd chemical smell.
I’m sure this product works great but it just wasn’t for me

I’ve been using the cleanser for about a week and I really like it. I had been getting hives on my face for the last two weeks due to stress. When I started using this cleanser my hives diminished!
As I’ve gotten older, my once resilient skin, has become sensitive to stressors, certain cleansers, and scents that would just cause me to breakout. So I now only use facial cleansers meant for sensitive skin.
The Aveeno Ultra-Calming cleanser is really thick, so a little bit goes a long way. In that sense, it would offset the cost of the product since the bottle is small. I don’t find that there’s a scent though it’s not labeled as unscented. Perhaps it just smells like oats.. But it leaves your skin feeling really clean.
I think that this a product I would use more in the fall/winter, since my face is dryer during those seasons.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family or anyone that has sensitive skin.

In terms of moisturizing I’d say it’s only ok. I find it a bit on the thin side as compared to a jergens or Nivea lotion.

I love this cream. I went into the occitane store for hand lotion and discovered this little gem. At the time I was having breakouts and asked the sales associate about moisturizers. She gave me great information about my oily skin and suggested the Shea light comforting cream. Since using it, I’m happy to say that I don’t have breakouts (knock on wood), my skin feels great and my skin isn’t as oily as it used to be. -

I used to abhor tea but my colleague introduced me to earl grey teas and I’m hooked. I found tetley earl grey vanilla at Pharmaprix. It’s very good. Soothing and comforting. In comparison to say Harney & Sons earl grey, the tetley version is much milder. Still enjoyable and would recommend. -
