Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
It's just the right flavour but I find it much too thick to use straight. I have to heat it up and add other sauces to thin it out to the right consistency. The price is decent and I like that it's not in a plastic bottle.

Squid Fish Sauce
It's such a point of debate, but is is my favourite fish sauce, especially for using straight for dipping sauces. Super cheap and no sugar added. This was the brand I saw used most often all over Vietnam at food stalks and restaurants.

Vim Cream Cleaner in Lemon Scent
Although full of chemicala, this stuff works really well. Gets stains off of counters, cleans the tub like nothing else. I hate the bleach smell but it sure works. Really cheap too. The micro particles really boost its effectiveness.

Natural Factor Oil of Oregano
Well, I use it when I'm starting to feel sick- especially a cold or sore throat or cough. Must say that it tastes absolutely awful. It burns and is actually spicy. I do feel like it helps to stave sickness off and I love herbal remedies. not cheap... +

Advil Liqui-Gels
The only pain reliever that helps my headaches. Seems to work really quickly and dulls the pain quite well. So much better than regular Advil tablets. Worth the extra money.

So stupid. So wonderful. I laugh the entire time. It's a total cult classic. Note Alexander Skarsgards small part- so funny. My brother and I have rewatched and loved this movie for years.

Dallas Buyers Club
What a stunning movie. It was an amazing movie that taught me a lot. Matthew is absolutely stunning- that oscar was incredibly well deserved, as was Jared Leto- he was heartbreakingly good. Such an important story.

Coraline (3D Blu-ray Combo)
Found this an extremely enjoyable film. The animation is superbly done- you can't go wrong with Tim Burton. I found it compelling and quite different. I can see how kids might be turned off my it- it's more of an adult themed movie.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (3D Blu Ray)
Really enjoyed this movie. The main character is perfectly cast- I just love him. The shire is so cool- the beginning was my favourite part- when you get to see all the houses and the feast at Bilbo's house. Really interesting plot. Couldn't wait to... +
