It's supposed to last 3 days, more like one and then uncomfortable the rest. Now I know everyone's body is different but if you have natural moisture don't bother. If you just need a little kick on occasion it just might work for you but probably not the whole 3 days. Great concept and all just not as effective as I thought it would be -
