I reached out to their customer service 5 different times and posted two reviews they wouldn't help me. Be aware of bad Quality and service practices. High price does not equal quality. -

Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo
Due to product build up and hard water my hair was waxy even right after shampooing. This shampoo took away the heavy sticky feeling and brought back the shine in my hair. I now use once a week to maintain.
