YEOUCH!!!! I have extremely sensitive teeth and these just about killed me. They literally strip enamel off of your teeth (told to me by my dentist) which exposes stuff you do not want to be exposed if you have sensitive teeth. Sure, they made my teeth white, but was it worth the pain? NOT A CHANCE.    -
