I was nervous about trying this Sleep Support as I haven't had any luck with other products. But to my surprise this product actually helped more than any other. There isn't a bad after taste and when you follow the instructions you can get the best quality sleep possible. Not sure if my body will get used to them and not work but I am willing to keep going with them. -

Kraft Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa
I am normally not a huge fan of hazelnut but I found this spread to be amazingly delicious! It wasn't an overpowering amount of hazelnut and didn't leave an aftertaste in your mouth. If you like hazelnut definitely give this a try!
