Great app in conjunction with the Nicorette spray. It does start with the assumption that you smoke cigarettes though, and as someone who quit cigarettes and moved to vaping, I was hoping this would be the step down from having an inhaled system. The spray works well and is easy to link to the app, and the app is thorough and easy to use and understand. There's just little usable information to go from vaping to this product. -

I received this free for this review. I was really looking forward to trying this. As a former smoker who switched to vaping, but now the vaping taxes are too high I was hoping for a step down from the act of inhaling.
The nicotine replacement works well and quickly. Unfortunately the mint is extremely strong and in combination with the nicotine it stings very badly when I use it. I wish there were other flavours available to make this a more desirable product to assist with quitting vaping.
It is easy to use though, light and portable, and I like the lock mechanism. I'd still recommend this to others as a possible option.

I've tried other brands before and each one has been ok, but had drawbacks. AVEENO® Eczema Care Daily Moisturizing Cream is now my new daily moisturizer. It goes on clean without a greasy feel, has no scent, and my skin feels amazing. I've given it a bit of time to make sure and it's also not clogging my pores. Best of all I'm no longer itchy and flaky. -

McDonald's instant McCafé is delicious; smooth flavour with none of the bitterness that some instants have. And it tastes just like fresh without the troubles of having to drive to get one. Creamy with a hint of caramel, it's one of the ones you want to drink every last drop and you can because there's no residue at the bottom. Definitely on my to-buy list as a new go-to. -
