I LOVE my Downy Unstopables. Honestly - this is the greatest invention ever. Not only when you pull your winter sweaters out of the drawers, or your sheets out a few week later do they smell nice - but they are the best way to freshen up a home.
Whenever you feel you need to do that "spring cleaning" to a house, don't forget to pull the blankets from the living room, the pillow covers off the couch where everyone has been enjoying the holidays - and give everything a wash using your Downey Unstopables. Once you put the covers back on - you'll be so impressed that you entire house will have gotten a fragrance lift.

This time of year with dampness, and trying to get somewhere in the weather, the worst thing that can happen is a hem on your pant slips when you're on your way to an important meeting or job interview. I've seen people do the craziest things to try and fix that, from electrical tape to staples. But everyone can see what you've done then. With this invisible tape, you simply put the two sided tape on the pants, and the material adheres to itself, and you can be confident that won't fail you during the meeting. I've been lucky and even tossed my pants in the washing machine and had the hem hold.
Our mother's used to say to have an emergency sewing kit in your purse. I think that Scotch Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape is this decades answer to that request.

I tend to get cold sores both on my lips and just below my lip line on my chin. The Cold Sore Healing patches are a god send because they stop the virus from spreading. Before getting the patches, I would notice that one would spread to three, and you were constantly battling to get rid of them. Now, I slap on patch as soon as I feel the tingle, and it rarely goes beyond the one. Also, if its on your lip or chin, these pads can almost be covered with makeup or a light lipgloss. They don't gather attention the way the "flesh colored" bandaids do.
I tend to just have a package on hand in the cupboard for when you feel the problem coming on.

I'll admit - I've always been a fan of Bath & Body works hand soaps. But these are some of my favorites. I absolutely love this style where its a foam that comes out of the spout instead of the gel. I find that that style itself is just a much nicer soap - and everyone in my house agrees that they like it more.
When it comes to these scents, the house agreed the they like the Mango the best, but personally I couldn't get enough of the Aloha - such a clean bright floral smell - but not overwhelming. Definitely a more feminine scent though.
All in all - love them - and will be headed back for more.

I absolutely love my Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm - I always have one in my pocket or in my purse. It glides on smoothly, and keep my lips moisturized for hours. I buy them 2 or 3 at a time, that way when a friend or my husband needs something for their lips, I have a fresh tube to share. And because of the texture, men don't complain that it's "gooey" or "smells".
I'm also a huge fan of the tinted Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balms - everything you love about the lip balm, with just a hint of color when you're running around town.
