These unsalted bricks worked great in the cookies I made. The taste was great and the texture was good. I love that they are plant-based. I prefer using unsalted because many recipes call for added salt. I got to try this product free of charge for review purposes as part of the Product Review Club. I would recommend it and plan to purchase it in the future.    -
