I swear by this product to keep my hair soft and hydrated in the winter. . I have very thick hair but when I use this product frizz is no longer an issue, it can also be used as a heat protection for your hair as well. I use it at night on damp hair and only on the roots. I have found that the product lasts forever and with a low price it is easy to re-buy. My boyfriend comments on how soft my hair is all the time, I would highly recommend this product.    -
