We were originally using a different brand that was double the price, since my children use it too, as per our paediatricians advice the quick dissolve is important. We only use 3 mg and I was told my son can use it every night, if need be ( he’s 10) it works great no weird feelings the next day.. just a easy easy to way to gently fall asleep.    -
