By far a superior product to Tazo's Chai Latte ( the brand used @ Starbucks for Chai Latte) Better quality & taste. Only downside: $8 for one caron at safeway vs a 3 pack of Tazo @ costco for the same price.

I have only had this one flavour, but I am totally hooked!
These are so refreshing and filling! Great on the go snack for any age.
If you're not accustomed to chia seeds, the texture may take you by surprise. It's almost like a thin jam... but in the best way possible.
I found these at Costco and they are a bit on the pricey side - appx $16 for a 12 pack.

Tips for using this product effectively:
Use more than you think you need - your hair can't be too saturated.
Wrap your head in plastic and leave the product on for at least 1 hour.
Sit somewhere warm. Simple chemistry will tell you that most chemical reactions work slower in colder temps.
Follow the rinsing instructions. The more you shampoo it during the initial rinse, the better your results.
Following the aforementioned steps, I was able to take my hair from "midnight merlot" (Dark Plum) to light red, which was light enough to then go blonde with 2 applications of 20 volume bleach. If you know anything about hair, you know this product is basically a miracle.
Granted, it's near $20 a bottle, but the same process at a salon would have cost me nearly $100 so it's totally worth it.
Cons; It stinks! It doesn't smell like ammonia because it's not a bleach ( it contains Hydrosulfite which rapidly reduces the dye molecule, and washes away with shampoo) but you will smell the chemical process for a few days after. I still think it's worth it.
