I received this product for free from Chick Advisor in exchange for a review (thanks Chick Advisor!!). My usual go-to hair oil is Moroccan Argon Oil, which I love and use daily. My hair is really fine and can easily be weighed down with product, so I'm careful what I use. I used Dove's Dry Oil for several days to see how it worked and here are my pros/cons:
Pros:
-Can control amount dispensed easily with pump (Moroccan oil is difficult since the pump automatically dispensed a full pump of product, which is annoying)
-Is light enough that a small amount doesn't weigh down my hair
-Would be great for someone with thick hair
-A large bottle (100ml)
Cons:
-Smells a bit like 'grandma perfume'. I wasn't a fan
-The directions say to use 3-4 pumps and smooth over hair, seems excessive and I wouldn't recommend that
-Can be a little pricey for a drugstore oil ($12)
Would I repurchase? No, I wouldn't, only because I have another product that I like better (works better on my hair and smells better). But I think someone with a different hair texture might have a better outcome than me, maybe if you have thicker hair or curly hair, it would be a great oil for you.

I received this this product for free as part of Chickadvisor's Product Review Club. I have been searching for a great dry shampoo for a while, and have a cupboard full of duds to prove it. I need something that will add volume to my fine hair, doesn't leave a white case (I have dark brown hair) and won't weigh my strands down. For some reason this has been difficult to find in a dry shampoo; high end or drugstore. This dry shampoo by Dove seriously hits every mark! I'm obsessed with it!. It leaves a white residue once sprayed, but it's important to leave the shampoo in for a few minutes without touching it, so it can absorb any oils and do it's thing. After it has sat, I brush it out and rub it into my scalp until all of the whitish residue has been absorbed. After, my hair smells AMAZING and it has this incredible volume. My hair is very fine and too much product easily weighs it down, most dry shampoos seem too as well. Not this one and I swear it performs better than Living Proof's dry shampoo, among others. It's a keeper and honestly, I was expecting another blah dry shampoo, and I'm so happy that I was sent this to try out because it is my new fave!! Thanks Chick Advisor! -
I remember eating these when I was little and they were so good. They still are! Love the spice added to them and for some reason the spirals make the fries taste better :)

These were really cute labels! I loved the shoe stickers with a left and right sticker, adorable and I know my little one will love them once he starts learning about his left and right feet. I think these are a great way to label kid's school items and would probably purchase them again. There was a big book with 3 sheets, so enough to label several items plus spare stickers. -

I have skin that is quite dry and during my pregnancy, it was (insanely) sensitive. Clinique was one of the few moisturizers that actually worked and didn't leave me rashy, blotchy and red (it wasn't pretty when I had an allergic reaction, let me tell ya). There isn't any scent and when purchasing the product, the woman at the counter mentioned that they have very strict allergy testing. That if any of their product testers have any sort of reaction, they will reformulate the product. I don't know if this is true or not but my senstive skin certainly liked the lotion and for me, that says a lot. It was moisturizing but not heavy for the day time, so I could put it on and then apply my makeup afterwards without waiting.
If used at night, my skin felt great and soft but come morning would be a little tight and dry. I live in a very, very dry climate though.
Overall I really like this product and will be purchasing another bottle.

I received this lip gloss in a Julep monthly box. I'm quite picky about lip glosses, I hate sticky and tacky gloss. I was happy that the Julep gloss didn't have that gross 'stick' factor. It was smooth, silky but lasted on my lips. The colour I received was 'Graceful', a soft, petal pink colour that looks great on its own as well as layered over a lipstick.
Sometimes if I have dry lips and no lip balm, I will apply this and it does the trick. The packaging is really cute, and the gloss smells nice. It's a soft, subtle vanilla-y scent and if you lick your lips with this product on, there isn't much of a flavour, maybe a little vanilla taste but nothing fake or too strong.
The price for this gloss is around $16. I personally wouldn't pay that for this gloss, it seems a little steep to me. But the quality is great and I really enjoy using it!

Since I've become pregnant, my skin has become very, very sensitive. I need to be careful what kind of lotions I put on my face and this facial moisturizer was wonderful. I have skin on the dry side, and I find that the Sukin Face Lotion is soothing, moisturizing and a great day time lotion.
The smell is amazing, it's very light and fresh and doesn't smell 'fake'. There isn't SLS, SLES, parabens, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances, etc, etc. It's a great lotion, is vegan and isn't tested on animals.
The bottle retails for about $13 (can) and I actually picked it up on sale for about $8.99. I think it's a great value for your money and the bottle seems to last a long time. It's been wonderful for my sensitive skin, I find it moisturizing, however if I'm having an especially 'dry skin day', I will apply a small amount of coconut oil to the extra dry spots.
Great product! Would fully purchase again!

I stumbled across this neat polish about a year ago and decided to try it out. I would love to have picked up the black polish or ivory but they were all out! I went with Old Compton Street, which was a soft grey colour. The bottle is cool with the top being faux leather.
I loved how this polish applied nice and thick but dried (super) quickly. I applied a base coat, followed by two coats of the leather polish. You don't use a top coat (it would wreck the 'leather effect') and it dries to a neat looking leather finish. I think it looks awesome and it was surprising how strong the nail polish was considering there wasn't a top coat. It actually felt a bit like a gel mani, how much stronger and thicker nails feel after one. That's a big bonus for me.
The polish was basically chip-free for about 1 1/2 weeks, which is amazing. I'm not overly gentle with my nails either. The bottles retail for about $13 (can) and while I normally do not spend a lot of money on basic polishes, knowing how well this specific polish wears, I would definitely purchase it again.
The pictures included are of my nails about 10 days after the initial application.

I am currently pregnant and my skin has been on and off now. It has become very dry and I've noticed pimples along my jawline. I've was struggling with my skin looking dull and flaky so I purchased this cleanser and hoped for the best.
I love that it doesn't contain phthalates (which is important to me) and isn't tested on animals. The packaging is sleek and simple. The tube is quite large and I feel you get quite a big bang for your buck. I purchased this cleanser for about $35 (can) and have used it every night for about a month and a half now and I have barely made a dent in the product.
On to the cleanser! The smell is fresh and light, quite lovely. It foams up really nicely and feels great on the skin. I find it hard for most cleansers to remove eye makeup yet this cleanser scrubs off every last smudge. Amazing! I also noticed that after using this for a few days, my dry, spotty skin cleared up and looked infinitely better. I love this cleanser and would recommend it to anyone. Great product.

This scrub is a great value for your money, the tube is HUGE and considering you only need a small amount of product with each use, it will last you forever.
It's a little chunky to apply, I found that while smoothing a layer onto my face, pieces of the sugar mask would fall off into the sink and it was hard to get an even application. The mask warmed a bit on my face, it was quite nice. I left it on for about 10-15 minutes (as opposed to the 5-7 recommended time) as I puttered around the house. To remove, you add a small amount of water and slowly exfoliate the scrub off. I enjoy a harder exfoliation and this scrub didn't disappoint. My skin felt great, smooth and soft afterwards.
The mask smells amazing, it's a little strong but it's pleasing. I loved the warming sensation and enjoy using this 2 times a week.
