The @juicebeauty Blemish Clearing Cleanser provides a really thorough cleanse to detoxify and clear your skin of all dirt, makeup, and impurities. I have dry and sensitive skin, and despite being a powerful cleanser targeting blemished skin, it didn't strip my face of moisture and was surprisingly hydrating! The texture is sort of gel-like which foams with a bit of lathering, and it is also unscented which I love! The ingredients list is also really interesting, which includes organic cherry, lemon, dandelion, sage leaf, algae, and aloe. Sunflower oil is also on the list, but this is a safe oil for your skin as it is non-clogging and is actually highly absorbent and non-comedogenic. I use this 2x a week in rotation with my gentle cream cleanser and it's definitely helped keep my skin clear of pimples! -

I was sent a bunch of single-use packets of @clarinscanada Double Serum Firming & Smoothing Anti-Aging Concentrate from @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor to try/review and WOW! I'm pretty frugal when it comes to skincare and tend to opt for cheaper options and dupes, but this is one of the first times that I'm actually considering paying for a full-sized bottle despite the high price point ($96CAD for 30mL). It has almost 2k reviews with an average rating of 4.2/5 on Sephora and I completely understand why!
This is a two-in-one product with 21 youth-boosting plant extracts, including turmeric (for aging), teasel and mayrothamnus (for firming and lifting), and avocado and Mary's thistle (for softening). The packet/bottle has two compartments that each contain different combos of ingredients, which combine when you pump them into your hand (2nd pic). I'm not kidding you when I say this product MELTED into my skin. I've been trying out retinol for the first time and it has been extremely drying and aggravating to my face. This serum has quenched my skin's thirst for moisture, reduced bumps and dry patches, and gives me the most glowy skin of my life! It's so incredibly hydrating and I can't wait to see the additional benefits it has in reducing wrinkles and fine lines! What an amazing product. #DoubleSerum #ClarinsSkinCare #gotitfree

This is my review of the L'Oreal Brow Stylist Definer Pencil that I received as part of the @lorealparis #TopRatedBeauty package from @chickadvisor 💗 for my honest review. It was a no brainer that I would love this brow pencil because all I use for my brows are this exact type of skinny retractable brow pencil! I've tried brow powders, traditional pencils, gel, everything, and I always go back to this type of product. I believe that it achieves the most natural look because you don't fill in the entire brow, but rather you flick strokes in the direction of your hair growth to fill in the gaps. I love this pencil because its ultra fine tip is so precise and the formula is the perfect balance between creamy and firm, so it applies beautifully without having to press too hard. With a 4.5 Rating with 1,120 reviews on @walmartcanada, you know you can't go wrong with this product, especially at the low price of $12.48! #ProductReviewClub #gotitfree @thisisbutterly 💛 -

I recently received the @lorealparis #TopRatedBeauty package from @chickadvisor and this review is of the L'Oréal Revitalift Laser Renew Retinol + Niacinamide Pressed Night Cream. This is tied in 1st place with the foundation as my favourite item from this beauty box ♥️💙
I think that this is the perfect product for those wanting to introduce retinol into their skincare routine. Retinol can be very drying to the skin for many, so the fact that it's built into a moisturizer makes it so easy to use. The product design is also amazing - you push the top down like a pump and it gives you a single dose that you take right off the top (as shown on the packaging)! No need to dip your fingers in, which can result in product contamination and loss of freshness.
I also love that this cream has Niacinamide built in, which helps with skin cell growth and protects from sun, pollution and toxins. It can also help with acne and improves skin texture over time. So basically Retinol + Niacinamide is a power couple for your skin 👭🏻. The only thing is that I'm not sure what the concentration of retinol is per dose, all the product packaging says is that it contains "a 12% complex of soothing ingredients". In terms of affordability, it’s a little pricier than the standalone serum at $40 from @walmartcanada but I’d say it’s worth it with all it offers your skin! #ProductReviewClub #gotitfree @thisisbutterly 💛

I've been wanting to add retinol to my skincare routine for months now, ever since it became the hottest new skincare item on the market, but I didn't know where to start. I'm so glad that @lorealparis created the Revitalift Triple Power LZR 0.3% Pure Retinol Night Serum, because it's available at most stores, including @walmartcanada for $34, it's affordable, and already has a ton of amazing reviews! I'm in my 30's so I've really started trying to find products to add to my routine to help with fine lines and wrinkles, and retinol does exactly that! I apply this serum at night because sun exposure can make your skin more sensitive to UV rays and it decreases the efficacy of the product. For most people, there is an adjustment period with retinol and it can actually make your skin feel really dry, so I've only been using it every 3 days or so and I make sure to moisturize heavily! Overal, great product that I will continue to purchase! Thanks @chickadvisor @thisisbutterly for letting me try it out! ♥️💙 #TopRatedBeauty #gotitfree -

My @lorealparis #TopRatedBeauty package finally arrived and I ripped it open immediately so I could try this foundation! ✨ Funny enough, I was in Shopper's Drug Mart looking at getting a new foundation about a month ago. In the past, I've always used the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation but unfortunately, my dry skin just didn't love it, so my next choice was this exact @lorealparis Infallible Foundation! I even had the woman working the beauty counter color match me! I decided I'd wait for a sale but not 3 days later, @chickadvisor sent out the application form for this campaign!
The shade 430 Ivory Buff matched my skin perfectly (it's the Maybelline Fit Me 128 Warm Nude if you're the same shade/want to switch!). I found that this foundation blended into my skin so beautifully and was better at smoothing large pores that the Fit Me. It's perfect for me because it's lightweight and you can barely tell you're wearing foundation. It also doesn't dry my skin out as much and doesn't budge! I think it definitely has more staying power than the Fit Me. If you’re looking for a new foundation, this one is on sale at @walmartcanada right now for $16.97! #gotitfree #ProductReviewClub @thisisbutterly 💛

I've been testing the Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil for a week now and I think I've been converted to cleansing oils! In the past, I've just used gel and/or cream cleansers but this oil cleanser was MADE for my dry and sensitive skin! I have very dry skin (even in the summer I get the odd dry patches) and no matter how much oil I slather onto my face, my skin drinks it up! I put 4 drops into my palm and rubbed my hands together to create a bit of a lather before working it into my face. It melted everything away and my skin was seriously glowing afterward! A lot of people complain about the strong scent but I barely smelled anything at all, and whatever I did smell was very natural and subtle. Many people also argue that this isn't worth it for the price point, and I'd have to agree on that one. $54 for 150mL is just a little to high for my to warrant purchasing this again. -

I got to try the Flawless Beauty silicone face scrubber and here is my review: I really wanted to try these pulsating silicone cleanser tools when they became popular about a year ago. This tool has 4 settings - gentle, pulsating, massage, and deep cleanse. I think it does a good job of lathering the cleanser and it makes it feel like it’s really getting the makeup off your face, but I can’t be sure. I imagine those scrubbers that have circulating brushes probably do a better job but are probably harsher on your skin. I like that it’s waterproof and is charged in a charging cradle, so you can use it in the shower since there are no cords! Overall I enjoy using it, just not sure it’s a totally necessary item to purchase. -

I was gifted this Batiste Plant Powered Dry Shampoo made with green tea & chamomile extracts and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve been wanting to buy a dry shampoo for a while but couldn’t stand the overpowering synthetic smelling options available! This one has a decently strong scent but it’s actually SO pleasant and dissipates after a few minutes to the strength as if you just washed your hair! I have brown curly hair and it didn’t leave any residue and didn’t dry out my curls and make them lose their shape. Everyone knows that Batiste dry shampoo is the G.O.A.T. but they’ve outdone themselves this time!! -

Lash serum infused mascara?!! Um YES PLEASE! 💜 What a smart concept @covergirl AND it’s #CrueltyFree!
