I originally purchased the Divacup as an environmentally friendly option because I found myself cringing every time I threw away a pad or tampon but it has become much more than that. I have found it has kept me more in tune with what is going on inside my own body. There is a learning curve associated with this and I will say, it did take me a few months of use to get the hang of it/become comfortable with it but now it is like second nature. I love that I only need to empty and wash this two times a day and is safe to sleep in. It is also less associated with TSS than tampons. Overall, a great choice. I wish I had found this sooner. I will never go back to tampons and pads. -

I will admit I felt kind of ridiculous spending $700 on a blender but this thing is amazing. It is super powerful so will blend anything you put in it (I accidentally blended the handle of a wooden spoon so I know from experience). Makes creamy smoothies, nut butters, grinds coffee, even makes hot soup! The price is ghastly BUT you will have this thing for the rest of your life. Vitamix is exceptional quality and they stand behind their products so it is absolutely worth every penny I spent on it and I have never regretted buying one. -

Is it silly to be purchasing water in an aerosol can for $15? Yup. Will I continue to purchase? Yup! I do not believe anything LRP says this will do for you as it is simply that...water in a can. However, this feels so darn refreshing when I spray it on in the desert like conditions of my office that I find myself reaching for it at least a few times a day for a quick pick me up. I have tried putting plain distilled water in a spray bottle and using that instead but yet, for some reason, it does not compare to my $15 water in a can. -

This wallet is designed very well I think. Its small enough to fit in a small purse yet large enough to carry multiple cards, cash and even coins as it has a zippered coin purse attached. My issue with this is the quality. This was by no means cheap at $65 so I expected a good quality piece that would stand up well. This did not. I have had it for less than a year and the front snap has already broken right off and the edges are all cracked and frayed. I am not especially hard on my wallets so I don't know why it would be breaking already. I like the idea that Matt and Nat use vegan "leather" and recycled plastic bottles to craft their accessories but I have yet to find a product of theirs that is worth the cost. The quality seems to be terrible all around. Will not repurchase Matt and Nat products and will definitely not recommend to others which is too bad as I do like their core values and the fact that it is a Canadian brand. -

I have a strange skin type in that I am oily and acne-prone yet dehydrated. Due to this, I thought the Lapis oil might be the perfect solution for me. I did find this hydrating to use overnight but I did not notice it helping clarify my skin or reduce breakouts. This oil is offensively expensive for what it is. Squalane, jojoba and coconut oil for $90? No way! The coveted blue tansy is so low on the list of ingredients that I doubt it is even helpful in any way. Overall, this was a nice oil to use but there are way better options out there at way better price points (plain old jojoba oil being one of them). Will not repurchase this oil. -

This is a good mask. I do notice my skin is brighter and more clear the day after using this. I am normally a clay mask fan but this is a nice product to use when I feel like switching it up. I find the smell awful but I really only smell it when I am applying the product. It dries down quickly and is easily removed either with water and your hands or a warm, wet washcloth for that little extra exfoliation. My issue with this is the price. At $60 for a small jar, it is cost prohibitive and the ingredients are not groundbreaking so as though to justify the price tag. -

I recently purchased this makeup organizer and I am loving it. Its large enough to fit all my daily use items yet not overly bulky. I see this being a great makeup/toiletry bag to travel with. It comes with three organizer bags inside as well as flexible slots to store your makeup brushes. What I especially like is that the bags as well as the brush holder slots are lined in plastic. This is such a great idea as the plastic is easy to just wipe clean as opposed to most makeup bags that end up looking dingy as they collect makeup residue that is hard to wash off. Keeps everything organized and within reach. The only drawback is the quality. For the most part, this is a good quality kit but the edging on mine had several strings hanging off it and one of the edges was frayed when it came in. I was able to fix these issues myself but it would be nice to not have to cut off loose strings and fix a frayed edge when I have spent $56 on a makeup case. However, the issue was minor and I still recommend this makeup organizer. -

I recently purchased this mascara in the brown-black shade and I have to say I am enjoying it quite a bit. I have recently been on a high-end mascara kick and got tired of spending $30 + per tube so thought I would give this one a go. Honestly, its just as good at a fraction of the price. I like the brush and did not experience the clumping that other reviewers mentioned. The original colossal lash from Maybelline is a great product but I actually prefer the brush on this one. I like the tapered end for getting into tight spots to reach those teeny tiny baby lashes. The price cannot be beat and it is frequently on sale. I also thought the shiny yellow bullet was a fun addition to my makeup bag. -

This is my favourite hand cream to use in the winter time. It comes out of the tube a strange thick, clear balm that looks like Vaseline but it is not overly greasy which I like. It soaks in exceptionally fast and does not leave a residue on the skin. Hands just feel supple and moisturized. Best used after washing your hands when the skin is still a bit damp. It is on the expensive side, roughly $12 CDN for a 50 ml squeeze tube but it does work well and a little goes a long way so this tube will last quite awhile. It is small enough to slip into a purse though so thats a plus. Overall, great quality and a wonderful hand cream for the cold winter months. -

This is, in my humble opinion, one of the best lip-glosses on the market. Excellent selection of colours to suit all tastes/moods. Non-sticky, and doesn't feel goopy on the lips and the colour is true to packaging and flattering. I am not a scent fan but I find the vanilla cake batter smell to be very mild and I do not notice it much once the product is applied. The price is also right on these so you can definitely afford to get yourself a few different colours. NYX Butter Gloss in Angel Food Cake is my all time favourite lip gloss and the only lip gloss I have ever bought that I have actually used up completely. NYX knocked this one out of the park. -
