Really liked this as a facial scrub - I usually apply a makeup cleanser first before using this, and I find that this really cleans the residual make up still left. The beads are nice and gentle and my skin doesn't feel too tight / overcleansed... +

I was hoping this product would provide light coverage to hide these red areas, but unfortunately, the product was dry and cakey on my face. The lasting power was not very good, maybe only 4 hours. -

Been using this for 2 years and I never felt that they were helping to lubricate my eyes and help with dryness. It was always a very temporary relief.
I've recently switched to the Refresh Plus (which is individually packed one time use eye drops with no preservatives) and Refresh Contacts (that come in a bottle) and they are so much better !!

I've been using this product for the past 2 years and it's been doing a great job clearing out my pores. It's a very refreshing cool sensation when you first apply the product onto the skin, and it dries and hardens on the face within 30 mins. It dries very tightly - to the point where you cannot talk / sneeze without hurting your face. It takes a while to rinse off, but it definitely does a thorough job of cleaning out the pores. The first month or so of using this, I would always end up with a very red face, but now that my skin is improving (and perhaps since there is less gunk in my pores), my face is not as irritated when I finish. -

I recently made the switch to this brand after I discovered their one time use / disposable eye drops were made with no preservatives (called Refresh Plus). Unfortunately, this product (Refresh Contacts) is made with preservatives, but I wanted to get a bottle to be a little more environmentally friendly. These drops are amazing and it really helps with dry & irritated eyes. It's great after a long day, or if I accidentally take a nap in my contacts. I find that I also wake up more refreshed these days since my eyes are now regularly moist.
Just to note, I compared the ingredients across a couple of their products - Refresh Plus, Refresh Contacts, Refresh Tears, and they all seem to be the same solution (Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium 0.5%). I would suggest going for the one with the lowest price !!

I don't understand what all the hype about this mascara is about - maybe it's just my short Asian lashes talking, but I definitely do not like this mascara. The bristles makes it very hard to leave any product on the lashes - so it takes about 20 coats just to make sure it is visible. Also, the bristles are very rigid (almost sharp), that it hurts my upper lid when I apply it from the root of my lashes. The only thing I like about this mascara is the overall finished look. It fans out the lashes and doesn't clump. But for the time and effort it takes to apply, not to mention the slight discomfort when applying to the bottom of my lashes and the price, I will definitely not be using this again. -
