I AM SOOOOOOOO IN LOVE. I've been eyeing this palette since it came out - the colors are beautiful and Anastasia has a reputation for putting out long lasting and quality products. As someone who doesn't use eye shadow often, I really only need one palette in my life (I am a bit of a minimalist, but I like to indulge here and there on fun nights out/special events). This palette is PERFECT since you can create so many combinations of beautiful looks. They are all classic and timeless shades that go with everything. There is not a single shade in there that I don't like. The price is actually really cheap considering you only need so little product and a palette like this can pretty much last you forever. It even comes with a double ended brush ! I waited for the Spring Sephora sale to get the 15% off - so this was seriously such a steal ! -

I received a small sample of this primer to try out and after using it for 2 weeks, I am still a little torn on this. Typical primers have silicon in them (which is not great for your skin), but I find that it serves a dual purpose - 1) it provides a smooth canvas for my skin and extends the life of makeup staying on my face and 2) it creates a barrier for my skin so that makeup is not getting into my pores. I am not sure about the legitimacy of purpose #2 but I find that (most) makeup is still not skin friendly enough and I don't want those particles getting absorbed into my skin. (Although silicon is bad for you, I feel that silicon particle is too big to penetrate into my skin so that it is just sitting on top)
Using this NUDE By NATURE primer reminds me of using a moisturizer. It smells nice and leaves my skin feeling great. I like that it has skin friendly properties but when I apply my make up on top, I feel like it doesn't provide me with the necessary barrier. In general, I do like it as a product, just maybe not as a primer.

These crackers are sooo good ! I came across this while looking for some sort of healthy crackers to eat with my cheese. I ended up buying the one that is seasoned with Balsamic & Basil and I am absolutely in love ! If you can get it on a deal, they only cost $2 CAD for a box which is an absolute steal. Will be exploring other flavours soon but so far I am hooked. -

I feel that these are comparable to Haagen Dazs. I am generally a pretty health conscious person so I won't be buying these often. I am so happy that drug store brands have started to incorporate hyaluronic acid in their skin products !! A while ago, I came across a local skin care product that contained HA and I became obsessed with how it made my skin feel. I’ve started to look for this ingredients in products ever since. The price is quite high for HA products and I ended up coming across The Ordinary (by Deciem). I am using their Marine Hyaluronics (since I find their other HA 2% + B5 too messy to apply and takes too long to absorb). But unfortunately, the Marine Hyaluronic doesn’t have the same effect of the expensive local skin care product I tried.
This is where Neutrogena hydro boost comes in !! I am so happy to say that the quality of this product is so high that it matches local skin care products that I love. It leaves your skin feeling amazing without additional serums, emulsions, etc. The only con I have (which is a personal preference) is that the scent does not seem too high end and reminds me of Dove body wash products. For $20, this is definitely a product I would recommend.

My first immediate reaction was wow - this has HYALURONIC ACID !! It’s been all the hype in my skincare regimen lately and I was super excited to try this.
Pros:
- applies like body lotion, nice consistency (not too thick)
- absorbs into the skin quickly
- doesn’t leave you sticky and oily (as you do with typical sunscreen)
- leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized rather than dried out
- contains HA which has done wonders for my skin
Cons:
- can’t think of anything that would stop me from using this product for now ! love it !!

I knew I was getting the Hydro boost sunscreen to try but these wipes were a surprise. #gotitfree
These wipes were dryer than I expected (which I found great because it is less messy than conventional wipes that are all soapy and drippy). It does a great job removing face (i.e. foundation, blush, etc.) makeup and it required a bit more time and effort to remove eye make up (esp the mascara). If you have the patience, these wipes are great. They are also great for travel because they are not considered "liquids"/"aerosols" which means you can just toss them in your bag without bringing extra things like cotton pads. I took off one star because this product is still "chemically produced" and my preference is to use more natural/organic products or chemicals that are scientifically proven to be beneficial.

I #gotthisfree to test out in exchange for an honest review. For hair care, I only (probably 99% of the time) use Bumble and Bumble products. While it is expensive, I find that their stuff actually works to provide volume, without the mess, while smelling nice. Only downside is the price.
I was hoping this would replace my volumizing dry shampoo and hair spray but unfortunately, it does not have the same or similar affect. This product is great for hold (although it kind of makes your hair a little crunchy) but it did absolutely nothing for volume for me. Also don't love the toxic smell. I also find that after using this product, I MUST wash my hair that night, otherwise the 2nd day hair looks terrible.

I've been on the hunt for a volumizing hair product to use in the morning or as a refresher at a drugstore price. I only use Bumble & Bumble products right now (I absolutely love them for my hair) but they are starting to get pretty pricey to keep using. Unfortunately, this product failed BIG time - it was a slimey/greasy mess and i didn't even feel my hair volumize at all. -
