These were surprisingly good! They were chewy and fruity. But I could still taste a bit of the vitamin itself, but comparable to others that I have tried, this is much better already!

They taste terrible! The milk chocolate is not made from real Cacao and tastes like plastic. It is sickeningly sweet and the chocolate quality is terrible. It doesn't even melt in your mouth! I don't understand why people like it....

It was quick to make but the amount of extra things I added to it made me feel like i wasn't really healthy at all! -

I didn't notice a difference after using it except that my pee smelled TERRIBLE. I asked my doctor and she advised me because these are water soluble vitamins, whatever you don't absorb comes out of your urine. But yuck! It smelled terrible!

I love all brands of aqua fresh, they seem to the only ones with a taste and texture that doesn't make me want to gag when I'm brushing my teeth. I love how clean my mouth feels after, and I feel that my teeth did get more white!
