I was just at De Berardinis last week getting my waxing done and i had a great experience. I saw Nicoletta and she did my brazilian and was very gentle. i'm a big baby when it comes to pain so trust me when i say she is good! Ive been a client there for many years and yes the spa has alot of new faces but they really are all great! the previous review i think she needs to try them out again and have an open mind. i love De Berardinis and have never had any problems with them.    -
