This energy bar is packed full of flavor. I enjoyed the combination of chocolate, almonds, and pumpkin seeds but found the almonds to be too big making it hard to bite. The 10g of protein provides lots of energy giving you a great boost before a workout. The only thing I would change is to see smaller portion bars as a full bar was too much for me. Overall I would buy this energy bar again and definitely recommend it to others.

I really enjoyed the flavour of this energy bar. There was a really tasty chocolate flavor and I enjoyed the pumpkin seeds. I would have liked to taste more of the cashews but the other flavours over powered it. With 10g of protein it gave me a real boost of energy. I would recommend this product for those who eat energy bars as it is better then others I have tried. I will buy this product in the future.

The only thing is we can only get it in the states so when we cross the border we always make our way to target. There are so many different baking mixes you can try and they are all great. Honestly its my new favorite brand of baking mixes. -

My daughter loved having something different rather then the peach or plain old apple we usually get. Now the price point is a little much if not on sale compared to other brands so you really need to weigh out the pros and cons. With only 1g more fiber then other applesauce I would only buy this if the price was comparable when I am shopping. I really did enjoy it as well as the kids but price is a huge factor so purchasing again would weigh on cost. I had to go to loblaws to find this apple sauce so maybe the price was just a little too high there. -

These are the only elastics I use. I have long thick wavy hair and always break elastics or get them knotted in my hair. These ones last a long time and keep my hair in a nice tight bun.
