It's a small can, 57g, so it can be a bit expensive but I find if you shop around you might hit a deal. It washes out with shampoo. I've used up one can, next time I might try the blue. -

These are great when you get a craving some something sweet. Just put the mix in a mug add some milk or water and cook for about a minute. I've tried a few of the different chocolate ones and I liked them all. There are four pouches in a box.

It's not very big. It's alright but it's nothing special. I had the strawberry one. There was nothing about it to impress me but at the same time it isn't bad. I'd get it again if it were on sale.

Vector protein bites coffee nut flavour
Well first off they have no coffee taste at all. They would be alright for someone who likes protein bars and snacks, they would be good to take along in a purse or bag. However I didn't like them much.
