Previously I had usually bought my bras from La Senza and boy does this make a huge difference! When I went in the store they assigned me my own personal fitter who measured me to find my right size. As most women today, I found I was wearing the wrong bra size. I have been wearing a 36A but really I should be wearing a 32C. She found different bras that suited me, I tried them on and she explained why it fit well and why it didn't fit well. The lady who helped me was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was immediately surprised by the difference! My normal problems with bras is it hurts my back and the straps fall down but already I could feel better back support and the straps weren't falling down. She also told me about bra care, why it's important to wash them and how to wash them.
The only "negative" aspect is, since I had previously been shopping at La Senza, the price. Perhaps some people are used to this but I have never spent $100 on a bra. I assume that this is higher quality though. I don't think I'd buy a bra here at full price but would during sales. Overall this was a great experience. They people there are fantastic and having the right bra can make a large difference.

It defined my lashes very well with no clumping. I was surprised that there literally was no clumping whatsoever. It didn't length or add volume to my lashes which is what I would like from my mascara. Both results are probably due to the brush. The brush is smaller than some mascara and the bristles are pretty close together.
If you're looking for a more natural mascara to define your lashes then I would recommend this. If you want a mascara to add volume and length to your lashes then I'd suggest you buy a different one.

What I like the most about this cleanser is that it doesn't dry out my skin, removes make-up and is pretty cheap. It's available in drugstores and you can get a pretty large bottle for $10-$15.

I have met one person that uses this and it cleared up her skin completely but it didn't work for me to clear up my skin. The bottles are nice and it feels good but I returned it after about 2 weeks. -

Ed's Real Scoop is located at 2224 Queen St. East, Toronto ON. I had previously found this place while walking along Queen's St. during the Beaches Jazz Festival a few years ago and found it again this year and was very excited! The gelato is awesome! I had dark chocolate and raspberry and the raspberry was so full of flavour. It's $1.20 more for a waffle cone but the waffle cone is made fresh right in the store in a waffle maker and you can see them making it by the window.
I don't remember the prices that well but I got a medium in a waffle cone and my friend got a small in a cup and that came to about $11.
This place also has ice cream but I haven't tried it, just the gelato.

I've been going to Fatima Aesthetics now for a few years for Brazilian waxes. Fatima is quick, clean and not too expensive. Depending on how much hair you have she'll charge you a different price. I started paying about $35 but since I'm a regular now she usually charges me $25. It's also not as painful as some people have described Brazilian waxes. It does hurt a bit but it's not that bad in my opinion. The price is fantastic considering how much Brazilians cost in other salons, but again, she might charge you more depending on how much hair you have.
I've also started getting the hair on my upper lip removed by laser which can be anywhere from $50-$75/session.
I'm debating whether to get a facial from her but I have asked her about it and she said it'd cost anywhere from $55-$180 depending on what you want. Some people wave the whole spa treatment while others just want the facial.
Fatima is very friendly! I love talking to her and having gone there for a few years now I have learned a lot about her and feel very comfortable around her. She explains everything to you in case you have any questions. I had my very first Brazilian here and she made me feel very comfortable and I have returned every since. Suggestion: pay in cash because there is a surcharge for using debit and credit. I definitely recommend this place!

I personally bought the 3-piece starter kit which came with a free sample of the face mask. Initially it did clear up my skin but after about a month my acne actually started to get worse. I eventually stopped using the product because it was too rough on my skin. My skin became really dry and my acne became worse. This product was not for me. Unfortunately by the time I figured out that it didn't work it was past the 60-day money back policy, maybe into the 3rd or 4th month. I would've liked my money back but I also didn't push it.
I would suggest trying it if you're going through cleansers because I know it does work for some people. Getting a cleanser, toner and lotion for that price isn't too bad. I think you just have to give it a try and see if it works for you.

I needed to see a dentist in Toronto and my friend suggested SoHo Dental. I was debating between this one and Bite Dental which had good reviews but ended up going with this one and I do not regret it!
For my first visit the receptionist, Monica, was very nice. One song that was playing sounded very familiar but I couldn't remember the name and asked her so she went to look for me! All medical history was completed directly on a computer. The decor is very modern and clean. The dentist, Dr. Haji was awesome! For your first visit he does a complete x-ray exam and observation of your mouth in general. He's very nice and explains everything that he sees to you and what different things means. I'm a curious person and asked a lot of questions. He answered all of them and encouraged me to ask more to understand the whole process.
As for insurance they process everything there for you which is nice.
Overall this was a great experience. They made me feel very comfortable and informed and they're such nice people! I'm going again this week for a cleaning and he's fixing a filling I have. I totally recommend going to this dentist.

I bought this based on the reviews on this website and I'm glad I did. I bought the starter kit for $75 at Sephora that comes with 2 shades of foundation, the mineral veil, warmth and the vitamin face lotion.
The foundation is very light and I hardly feel like I'm wearing anything at all. I like how it comes with the warmth because if I happen to tan in the summer (hasn't happened yet but it could!) I can add it to the foundation for a darker shade. I've tried 2 other mineral foundations before - I forget the first one but it caused me to break out and the other one was L'Oreal. L'Oreal was good but it'd come off easily where as Bare Minerals stays on for pretty much the whole day.
The only complaint I have is that unlike what the lady told me at Sephora, putting the mineral veil under the foundation does not help with the oiliness. My face does get oily more quickly when I wear this compared to when I don't wear any make-up. But that's easy to solve with the oil-absorbing sheets.
Overall this is a very good buy. Especially the starter kit!
