What a fantastic product, and so wonderful to have on hand in your purse or desk drawer for those occasional times a button may pop off at the least convenient moment. The product is easy to apply and sturdy, and I would definitely recommend it for a temporary to short-term solution for when a button goes missing.

What a fantastic product, especially for someone who is usually limited to buying petite length pants as I am really not that talented in sewing hems! This product works really well, and holds up in gentle cold water washing. Once the strips are attached to the hem of my pants, I all but forget that they are there. I can now purchase regular length pants and hem them with ease. I would definitely purchase this product, and would recommend it to others.

What a fantastic idea, and a convenient way to determine how high something should be hemmed. The tape is super easy to apply, and stays in place. The only thing I would recommend changin would be for the tape to be clear rather than white. I will confess to fussing all day with a top I had hemmed as it was too long. I worried that the white tape would be exposed - clear would give someone more peace of mind. Regardless, I would definitely recommend them to others, especially for use with pants or skirts. Thank you for the opportunity of trying this product - I will definitely purchase in the future. -

The packaging of this serum is beautiful – I have to admit I was joyfully distracted by the holographic box that shimmered in the light – what can I say, I find pleasure in sparkly things! Pretty box aside, this product is a great way to start the day, and helps you battle the ravages that life inflicts on your delicate skin (such as stress, UV rays, pollution, smoke, nutrient-poor diet). This serum has a very pleasing, clean, organic, plant-based scent – natural, and not contrived. It goes on smoothly – it doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky or smothered at all – just healthy. The formulation and ingredients are pretty standard for a serum, but with the inclusion of the mineral pigment mica, which adds a subtle luminous glow to the skin. It can be used as a primer underneath your regular moisturizer (or worn alone), and is hypoallergenic and paraben-free making it safer for sensitive skin. -

Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep
Things I noticed right from the start: the pleasing scent and supple texture of the balm. For me, the scent of something I put on my skin is vitally important; many skin care products have turned me off (and/or given me migraines) because they were heavily perfumed, but Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep has a very clean, organic, plant-based scent – natural, and not contrived. A little of this product goes a long way – for me, a dime-sized amount was sufficient to cover my entire face (add a bit more if you also want to use it on your throat/neck and décolleté). It feels delicious on the fingertips, and blends well into the skin without greasiness – it is like a mask that stays on, without feeling like you’ve put anything on your skin. In the morning, I woke up to visibly softer, smoother skin – I can see this having even more amazing results with long-term use. I usually tend to use organic and natural products on my skin as it is very sensitive to chemicals, but the ingredients used in this wonderful product are definitely pure and hypoallergenic, as stated in the product information. It contains omega-rich nourishing oils to restore the epidermal barrier, vitamin B3, LHA for targeted exfoliation, caffeine and adenosine to activate the microcirculation, hyaluronic acid and glycyrrhizic acid which comes from licorice root and reduces skin irritation and ensures hydrated and supple skin. Enriched with thermal spa water of Vichy, which soothes and rejuvenates the skin. It features a hypoallergenic composition, which does not cause allergic reactions and contains no parabens. It is dermatologically tested product, suitable for all skin types, even for those who have some sensitivity like me.
I would absolutely recommend this product for purchase, and will definitely consider purchasing it for myself once my current supply runs out.

I am a little late in posting my review of Baroness chocolates, as it took a while to get through all the bars!! All but one was sampled by me personally - the only one i didn't try contained pecans (Dob Dobs) as I am allergic. I did however get a colleague to try it, and she said it was delicious! They were all so amazing - it is impossible to pick a favourite!
I think the most appealing aspect of these products is the fact they are organic. I try to buy and eat organic as much as possible, so to find such delectable chocolate, in such a wonderful selection and range of flavours, was particularly exciting. The ingredient combinations were quite unique, and paired well with each other. I could tell that quality ingredients were used throughout, and the richness of chocolate was as good or better than the higher end chocolate bars out there. A couple of pieces satisfied my craving - so indulgent.
I would absolutely purchase this chocolate, both as a treat for myself and my spouse, as well as gifts for others. The only difficulty would be in choosing what flavours to buy!! I would definitely recommend them to others as well, not just because they are organic, but for their amazing flavours.
These products were gratefully received by me for free, but as I said I would not hesitate to purchase them, and hope I can find them easily in the store.

For years I have tried keeping my whites white with bleach, but even that didn’t do a great job and my white bedding especially always seemed to have a grey tinge. When I heard about OxiClean Max Force White Revive Powder, and was presented with an opportunity to receive and review it, I jumped at the chance to try something that was supposed to achieve the results I had always wanted. Well this product definitely delivers!! Not only is it effective in brightening whites, but it does it without the damaging long-term effects of bleach! I was never adverse to the smell of bleach, but the scent of this product is clean and refreshing – not overpowering, but just right. The added bonus of OxiClean Max Force White Revive Powder is that it is also safe to use with colourfast fabrics – so you can brighten your colours with it as well. I will definitely buy this product again, once my current supply runs out, and would also recommend it to anyone wishing to achieve the same whitening, brightening results that I did. -

I had been using a natural mouthwash from Dr. Mercola, but ran out. I hoped to find something in the drug store that would tide me over until I could place another order with Dr. Mercola, but I may have just found my primary go-to mouthwash!! This mouthwash is so clean and refreshing, and non-stinging, and I love that it is natural and free of artificial sweeteners like other brands may have in theirs. The availability and price point make it a great option, and I highly recommend this brand!! -

I bought this kit on a whim while checking out the root touch-up offerings in the drugstore. I wanted something that would tide me over until I could see my hair stylist again for my salon colour, yet I’ve been disappointed with past brands that I’ve tried (Root Touch-Up by Clairol, Root Rescue by L’oreal – the former because the colour was way darker than my medium copper red, and the latter because it didn’t cover up my silver roots well enough). I tend to roll my eyes and say “yeah, right” when they claim they can match any red, both drugstore or salon, because I know better. So when I saw the box of Root Erase by Revlon, I was not overly optimistic. In comparing prices, Root Touch-Up was around $12, Root Rescue was around $10, and Root Erase was $8 – that alone made me think “what the heck – why not?”. I don’t understand how the other companies have the nerve of charging basically the cost of their regular hair colours, for a product that is a 1/3 of the size. Guess they see us coming!
So last night, I decided to take the leap, and applied Root Erase following the enclosed directions. Having used the two other brands, I had a good basis for comparison, especially when it came to application. The sponge-tipped applicator on the Root Erase bottle has to be the best, hands down. It controls the product so it doesn’t leak out all over you – you completely control where it goes and how much you want to apply. It also has a very soft, clean, pleasing fragrance – another major plus in my books. I allowed the product to sit on my hair for 15 minutes (they recommend 10 minutes, or 15 minutes for resistant grey), and then hopped in the shower to rinse it out and then wash my hair. One thing I didn’t like was the way it made my hair feel after I had rinsed it out and shampooed it… it wasn’t as smooth or soft as I am used to, so that threw me off and at that point I wondered “ack, did I just damage my hair with this stuff??”. I put my usual conditioner on (I use only salon-quality hair care products – when you spend a small fortune every 6-8 weeks on salon colour, you want to look after it!), and after I rinsed it out my hair felt its usual soft and healthy self. Whew. After towel-drying, I looked at my hair in the mirror and was more than pleasantly surprised to see how well it really did blend into my red hair. It doesn’t match my colour, but it looks like a natural blend of roots to colour, and it really covers my silver streaks well.
So in summary, I am VERY pleased with this product, and will absolutely buy it again, and recommend it to others.

I find the strips a little tricky to work with, and it's hard not to let your tongue run along them while they're in your mouth, but overall I found this product very effective in delivering on the promise of whiter teeth. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who didn't want to spend the hundreds of dollars getting their teeth professionally whitened at the dentist. -
