My son picks DQ birthday cakes for his birthdays because it's a cake made of ice-cream, yum, perfect for summer. I like it because it's not expensive, I can pick the size, shape, flavor, order it about a week in advance and it's ready on the day, and best of all - the DQ I go to has always been able to customize the cake icing image with his chosen theme every year we've ordered! (eg one year it was an angry birds theme and his cake matched the decor) Theme availability varied per store though, we learnt that the hard way, so we stick with the store with the most licensed themes. As for transporting it we got a large cooler bag (coz some indoor kids places don't have a fridge) was fine for us for an hour of playtime before they break to eat, just keep the bag cool and closed. -

Winners is one of those stores I drive by and think maybe next month, sometimes there are some nice finds if I'm in the mood to search for it, and other times there's nothing I like that's decently priced, so I guess if you have time to kill and money to burn it's worth a try. It just feels so unorganized, the people who shop there seem grumpy, and the staff aren't helpful, that's assuming you can find someone. I've bought things there and came home with regrets. -
This is a quick and easy breakfast before school, especially on a cold winter day. My family prefers the Maple & Brown Sugar, on the rare occasion we buy the mixed flavour box, the fruity packs are the last eaten.

This is a must in our medicine cabinet. I apply it around my hairline and ears when I colour my hair at home so they dye doesn't stain my skin. Rub around my nails when I put on nail polish so it doesn't stick to skin. So many uses.

I'm more of a PS person myself, but wii games are more appropriate for a family with young kids. No problems with the system itself, liking the ability to download free games from their store on the wii but they should offer demo's of their new games, they seem to ignore this area. We really don't like having to replace the batteries on the remote so often, and rechargeable batteries don't last long in this remote, they should have a better recharging option. Remote playability is ok for most games, awful in some. Not liking the fact that we have to buy the new wii U system already to play the new games. As for the games available, they're ok for kids but variety of good games is lacking. I like the exercising games but movements aren't accurate especially with dance games, not sure if it's the sensor, the remote, or both but it's annoying, especially compared to how well the xbox works. But my son is really enjoying the Zelda gameplay (again) so we're good here, for now. -

This kit came with an adjustable voltage battery that lasts me the whole day before having to recharge, and an adjustable airflow dual coil pyrex glass clearomizer that I refill with e-juice about 2-3 times a day.
It's heavy and bigger than other e-cigs I've tried, about the size of a cigar, and has a sleek gadget look to it. I've use it for 2 months now and haven't had to change the coil in the clearomizer/tank, my hubby on the other hand had to change his coz he inhaled forgetting to refill his tank and had to use the replacement. Also, the coil that's installed when you get it seems to be better than the replacements included.
Instead of smoking there's vaping, it's saved me money, it's convenient, keeps me smelling nice, and possibly saved my life. (FYI e-juice is just Propylene Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin based liquid, mixed with small amounts of nicotine and food grade flavoring).

Initially I purchased this item after reading it's positive reviews on sensitive skin, supposed to be a multitasking product, but after trying it for a week I will not be using it on my face anymore. Even using sparingly it's very oily, I got a couple of pimples, and it did not absorb well (on clean skin). It also has an odd smell, like spoilt olive oil. I'll continue using it until it's gone but only on my hands, hair ends, and rough spots. Will not purchase this again. -

I subscribed to the julep maven box and this was in my first box, didn't think much of it until I tried it. Yes it did help the polish dry faster, but it also helped smooth out the flaws making my less than perfect application of nail polish underneath look smooth and more pro, it helped my mani last longer, smells nice, also sooo smooth to the touch (when dry). As far as cost I thought it was pricey, but if you subscribe you can get it for less with one of their promo/deals, that's when I bought my 2nd one. -
