Has a "fresh" scent, not a lot of toners smell this good. However, I don't think it delivered the results it promised. No matte look, nor did it neutralize the oil. If you don't have any skin problems and are just looking for a toner for the sake of it, this is good. Otherwise, look at other specialized products.

Inexpensive; Good amount of product (200mL) for the price, so it won't really be much of a waste if you try it out and it ends up not working for you.    -
