Appalling customer service, I had an appt for 2:30 on Dec 10th, received a call in the morning indicating they had to move, suggesting I come in for 11:00, I advised I lived 45 mins away and could not make that time with so little lead time, they offered a 2:00 pm option as the only alternative. I had to route directly from my yoga class to the salon to make it in time. I arrive a few minutes to two, and the stylist asked me if I had product in my hair, I respond had to come straight from Yoga to make the time change, she indicates that she can;t guarantee that my colour will cover grey given my hair is dirty... apparently her version of 'just saying' The response takes a second to land and then I respond, well probably not a wise idea to gamble $85 bucks on a job that 'might not work' and could I speak to a manager, as I just spent 45 minutes commuting to salon and now 45 mins to return home and the value was the snide remark from a rather young and certainly unprofessional stylist.
Aveda it'll take more than your products to see me back at one of your spa's, it seems like customer service training ought to be in the franchise playbook.
