Jason healthy mouth tea tree oil toothpaste
A great alternative to regular fluoride toothpaste. Your mouth feels fresh and clean and although it is too early to tell if it fulfills all its promises, so far it has been a good product. My only complaint is the price for the tube size.

Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Apples and Cinnamon
My problem with this and majority of instant oatmeals is tge sugar quantity in them. It is completely unacceptable to market something as being "healthy " but clearly is not.

Red Mill's oat bran is a great hot cereal filled with nitritious ingredients but a bit pricey for the size. A good way to begin the day and make sure to buy it especially when it goes on sale.

Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt
I love greek yogurt and Oikos is a good brand. It is tasty and nutritious but expensive fir the size of the tub. Always good to buy when it goes on sale and overall it is a good product.
