This is a great product for dry and damaged hair. It’s at an awesome price and left my hair extremely soft and shiny. I use this in the shower after shampooing around once or twice a week. Will be repurchasing .

ONE BAR - CINNAMON ROLL
I love One bars after trying this one! The macros are amazing, the taste is great, and keeps me full for hours. I love microwaving mine for a few seconds before eating. Softens it like a freshly baked cookie.

Alani Nu’s protein powder tastes great - I love using it in my overnight oatmeal recipes. However, I do feel there’s cheaper options on the market that offer more servings in the container.

I only had to use a few sprays on my long hair for it to become easily brushed after every shower. The product lasts a while (almost 5 months) and I shower 2-3 times a week. It also pairs great with the 7 seconds shampoo and conditioner!
