I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago after reading the review here on chickadvisor - I didn't even know this restaurant existed and it's so close to my house! It was a week day so my friend and I were the only ones there but the service was excellent. The food was incredible too, everything tastes so home made. The Dolmades are made by the chef's mother, if they are available get them! They are so moist and flavorful. Our server was really good in helping us choose what we wanted to try. The menu is very small - not much of a selection but everything on it looks delicious. Can't wait to go back! -

I have been going to Spring Rolls for a long time - from the time there was just one location near Yonge and Bloor. I think as more restaurants have opened up the quality has gone down. Recently I went to the Yonge Dundas location and the dish I ordered (fish) was lukewarm. I let my waitress know and she took it back and the kitchen simply nuked it. I have to say I wasn't very impressed. I had a better experience most recently at the Yonge and Eglinton location. The food and service were much better. They had just introduced sushi to the menu so my sister and law gave it a try. It was ok...but not great. Probably won't be ordering that again.
I would still recommend Spring Rolls for the diversity of the menu. It's a great place to go with a group of people as it's pretty much guaranteed someone will find something they can enjoy.
