I have been drinking Sleepytime for quite some time now and I have discovered drinking it before bed is a great way to lull my body into a calm state. The blackberry leaves in the tea also decreases my anxiety. Please note:Chamomile may increase interfere with blood clotting, therefore, you should not consume Sleepytime tea if taking anticoagulants. If you have an allergy to ragweed, don’t use chamomile. Also, don’t take chamomile tea if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding, as chamomile may act as a uterine stimulant. -

The light orange notes are complimented by the bite of ginger that coats your pallet for a smooth finish. To prepare I recommend one extra scoop in your tea infuser or tumbler. Green tea and ginger boast great antioxidant benefits serving as a wonderful dietary supplement in your beverage rotation. When consumed warm the tea serves to break down the fats in your meal, as well as aiding your body in the natural digestive processes. The tea also contains antiviral components that may be helpful against flu infection. This tea is also great served over ice, I recommend adding two extra scoops and fresh cut lemon, lime, or orange slices to your water bottle. This tea will serve to boost your immune system and will provide an excellent source of energy during your fitness routine. -

I have been a fan of Tim Horton's Apple Cider for many years. It was missing from some Tim Hortons locations, but I am glad to see that they have brought it back. I see other reviewers have commented on the sweetness and powder taste, which I have not experienced at all. For an added treat, add a Carmel shot to your apple cider. Pure heaven! -

I recently placed an order through Old Navy and experienced some technical difficulty with their website. Their costumer service was excellent and took my order over the phone. Delivery was estimated for two to three weeks and I received it in less than a week. As always the quality of the clothes were perfect and fit true to size and the savings can not be beat. I am always a return customer. -
