In my quest to eliminate toxic products in my life, I've discovered Dr Bronners soap and am very happy with the switch.
I did recently discovered it's best to use with a hair rince (i.e. diluted apple cider vinegar) after using the soap as shampoo., so my hair is nice again.
I also add essential oils (to my liking) for the unscented soap. Love how natural and healthier this brand is. Thanks Dr Bronner :)

Love these! I add them to salads, cereals, or muffins to protein pack my meal. They add a nice crunch without modifying the taste. Healthy yummy stuff!

I bought this product especially since it was not whey based and there were added greens. The ingredients were more natural then other protein shakes out there. It mixes well but the taste isn't great. When I added some cocoa powder it was definitely better. A great easy-to-make meal to take on the go. -
I love the taste of Nutella... I enjoy it on GF bread with almond butter and banana as a breakfast to start my day. Unfortunately some of the ingredients are unhealthy, so I enjoy Nutella sporadically...

What I received: Prairie Red (beef, wild boar, bison, salmon, herring and cod)
what I love about this product:
- the first 13 ingredients are meat / protein. High in protein and fat, good for our little carnivores.
- grain free (no corn, soy or wheat)
- combination of kibble and freeze dried morsels
- the resealable bag (a velcro-ish strip) that helps keep the food fresh and easy to open/close
- made in Canada
what I like less:
- despite the MANY protein-based ingredients (which is awesome!), I wonder why it's only 40% protein (I'd think it'd be higher). There are many other ingredients, such as peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, apple, etc. Cats are carnivores, so they don't require these fruits and veggies like humans do...
I can't tell how tasty it is - I haven't tried it and my cat doesn't talk to me... lol! but she seems to gobble it up with gusto. :)
The price seems a little costly at first, but since the quality of ingredients is higner, my cat's appetite seems better satisfied with lesser amounts of food, so a small bag can last a long time.
Overall, I am happy with this new product. Thank you for bringing a better quality cat food to our canadian shelves.
Also, my boyfriend's ferrets are enjoying this product (the yellow Fraser Valley bag). The small kibble size is great for them too. :)

I enjoy these with the red skins. Easy to prepare.

I've always enjoyed the Tasti Taters - their crunchiness and softness at the same time. Also used them to make a poutine and it was an yummy creation.

When spring/summer rolls around the corner, I like to get my old car to smell nice (especially when I start up the A/C on a humid day, and it smells a little like stinky feet since the A/C hasn't run all winter. lol!). I thought this product would help with the smell. It did, but it had kind of overpowering smell (a nice smell, but just too strong) the first week, then it's nice, until it's time for a new one - approx. 4-6 weeks. (but by then, the A/C doesn't smell funky anymore, so it's good). I usually use only 2 clips per summer just to freshen up the car. -

I've tried other mascaras recently (in the Maybelline collection), but this is my fave. I like the brownish black colour, as it gives my lashes a more natural look (I'm fair with dark auburn hair), but with enough lenght and width to make my lashes look nice. It coats my lashes nicely and doesn't clump. -
I like Maybelline - the only mascara I use... when I saw this one, I loved the price ($4.99can at Walmart) so I thought I'd try it... I did not like the shape of the brush at all! I didn't find the 'pointed' brush coated my lashes nicely - I prefer... +
