Two weeks ago, I discovered the black cherry IÖGO greek protein yogurt.
10g of proteins in 125ml is just amazing!As a health professional, finding so much protein in a small portion is wonderful!
Let's start with the PROS:
Taste wise:as I removed the cover, I saw some whey (I think...)on top which was not so appetizing.
After removing the liquid,I dove in the yogurt:thick, creamy, silkiness--difficult to think it is 0% M.F.
I tasted the black cherry mixture at the bottom and it was very tasty, not too sweet.
And then I took a spoonful of the yogurt with the fruits: great explosion of flavors and texture on my taste buds.
Here come the cons:
- only available in 1 format and limited flavors
- liquid on top (whey?) is not appealing to me
- price

For years I have been requesting this thick,rich creme in the blue metallic container from friends going abroad
When I went abroad, I bought 12-16 containers of this precious cream.
I do not know why it took the company almost 15 years before it was available here!
The product, as noted before, is thick, white, silky cream that can even be applied to the face.
In order to hydrate your skin, you need to rub it in.
It smells good and is not sticky, so you can get dress after applying the cream.
For winters in Montreal or sunburns, this cream is my go-to cream.
Cracked heels, itchy skin due to too many hot baths, very dry hands/knees, etc will be delighted to be covered by this amazing cream at a very affordable price.( Walmart 250ml 8.99$)
I cannot live without my Nivea cream!

Last week I watched an Israeli serie about the Mossad training and I would have missed it if it was not for Netflix.
***Israeli movies or series are very difficult to find on the web,so thanks to Netflix, I was able to see a new serie***

I love the fact that it is Paraben and Phénoxyéthanol free.
The bottle mention that I can remove all my makeup in one single gesture...but I had a hard time removing all the mascara and my lipstick with one cotton pad.
I am using what is left of it to wash my face using the cotton pad .
I was very disappointed with this product, apart from smelling really good.
I am going back to my trusted products when I am done with this bottle..

I was surprised to be prescribed an OTC cream, but the doctor explained that it was the best product to help skin regeneration after minor surgery.I have no scar from the surgery!!!
The cream is offered in a 40 ml tube and cost around 20$.It is odor free and you only need a very small amount to apply to a cut or scraped knee.I have been buying this magic cream for 15 years and will continue to do so , because it really helps the skin to heal faster and scar free.
My dad dermatologist prescribed the same cream to use after his topical chemotherapy.
I adore this product and most of my friends end up buying it after trying mine.
A-Derma has excellent products and this one is the BIG winner.
