a2 Milk™ 3.25% Homogenized Milk
I don't have a lactose intolerance but sometimes milk just made my stomach "gargle-ey". No problems with this kind, felt easier to digest. Only difference really is it is slightly pricier than regular milk. All in all i would purchase again 👍🙂

I think this product should applied lightly before bed and washed off in the morning. Leaving it on after gives a dry feel so i suggest washing it off and then using your day moisturiser. If used properly you should see results in new skin. I used... +

If used properly you should see results in new skin. I used too much once and it dried my skin around my mouth and nose, but not all skin is the same so it would work better on oily skin maybe :) -
