What I like most about this product is its moderately buildable colour. It only took a little for a perfect, light day coverage when I wanted a really clean, natural look but I was able to build on that colour in the evening for a higher coverage look for more dramatic makeup. I don't think you're going to get that super strong air brushed style look from this product but I was very happy with the coverage I did get. It goes on smoothly and cleanly and didn't make my face feel greasy or oily (or dried out either!) It was just a nice, sheer look without any caking or flaking as the day went on. I thought it evened out my color nicely (I can be a bit red in the cheek areas sometimes). I am also happy that it contained SPF 20 as I am super religious about using sun protection on my face.
This product does have a fairly strong scent to it; I was initially worried about this as I tend to avoid products that are strongly scented as they seem to cause blemishes or irritation but so far I haven't had any problems with this formula. I have pretty normal skin so I'm not sure how this would perform on oily or dry skins.
I did have issues with the cap on mine; it doesn't snap down and just kind of rattles around on top of the bottle. Other than that, I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for an average price, accessible, well performing product.

I tried the Covergirl Melting Pout liquid Lipstick in colour "Gel-ful", a nice, neutral pinky-nude type colour. It's a super pretty colour that I am sure would suit a variety of skin tones and is perfect for a light, breezy summertime day makeup look!
The product itself is nice and lightly creamy and goes on smooth and easily thanks to the applicator which has a sponge type tip keeping the lipstick exactly where you want it. It isn't sticky at all but feels nice and moisturizing and has a really pretty sheen to it. It hung in there through my morning before I needed to apply more. I love that it didn't get smudge away quickly as some lipsticks of this texture do.
Really, really love this colour and am looking forward to trying out other colours soon as there are some more dramatic ones available that look fun.

I color my hair frequently and it does get dry so I'm always looking for a product to help combat that. The Roux leave in treatment (Repair & Shine) works great! I use this after washing my hair and it leaves it soft and smooth. It has a nice light fragrance as well that doesn't compete with my perfume. I also love that it is nice and light in your hair; many leave in products can be heavy and weigh your hair down.
I do also spray a little on during the day for a boost of shine. I don't find it adds as much shine as some other products I've used but it definitely makes my hair look and feel healthier than it is.

We use this frequently as it adds an amazing, not too hot but very flavourful kick to everything it touches. It is a MUST have for corn on the cob season, in fact it is so good on corn that just about everyone who has been to one of our summer BBQ's has ended up trying it and subsequently buying it for their own homes.
Anything you would normally use salt on benefits from the added zing of Herbamare. I recommend it over and over!

I do wish the scent lasted a bit longer than it does but overall I am loving this as my go-to daytime scent! -

The BBQ had a perfect smoky BBQ flavour; not too little but not overpowering. If you are used to eating BBQ potato chips you might not find this flavour strong enough. These have great crunch. Truth is, they might have a little too much crunch for some people, if you have sensitive teeth you might find these hard to eat.
They are also high in fibre and low in saturated fat, making them a super substitute for something like potato chips (and it helps that they come in at 110 calories a serving!)
I just ate these straight-up as a snack but I could definitely see them being good sprinkled on a salad. Finally, these are both Non-GMO and Vegan which really rounds out the appeal.

I'm always looking for new skincare products and decided to give this one a try. It's a little on the pricey side for a drugstore type brand but the results so far seem to have made it worth it, my skin looks and feels smooth without any dryness.
It goes on smoothly and lightly and absorbs quickly which made it perfect as a first step before makeup. Because it is considered a gel cream, it has the look of a cream but not quite as thick as you'd expect, this is likely why it smooths on so easily.
It IS very scented which I normally tend to avoid in skincare products but so far I've not noticed it causing any issues with my skin. It's a bit of an odd smell though, it starts off kind of sweet and floral but sort of ends with a scent that reminds me of a sunless tanning cream. This for me is one of the main negatives to the product.

I love Febreze and the various scents the brand offers so decided to try the car vent clip. I tried the Linen and Sky scent which is definitely meant to sort of resemble what you might think of as fresh, clean laundry in my opinion. Initially, it did seem a bit strong in my car but I also think that the car being very hot after sitting in the sun all day increased the intensity of the scent. It definitely made my car smell better; I have a dog who is frequently in the car and this eliminated any traces of dog.
As with most air freshener products I've tried I don't think these last as long as they claim they will, the aroma does seem to fade down fairly quickly although it seems to come and go once it's been in the car a couple of weeks. And as you might expect, if you are running the air conditioner (or heater in colder months) the fragrance is obviously carried through your vehicle more noticeably.
Overall I really liked this scent and thought it did the trick. I will definitely try some of the other scents available!

I'm pretty demanding when it comes to mascara, if it clumps at all or smears or builds up on the brush it's in my no pile. After having the chance to try Revlon's Mega Multiplier mascara for free, I have to say, this one ticks off all the boxes!
This product has a fairly standard mascara brush. It goes on so smoothly, not a clump in site, it really seems to define my lashes and even helps accentuate a little curl! I noticed a pretty dramatic difference the first time I used it. I've been trying the blackened brown colour, which so far is perfect for a variety of different eye shadow colours and great on it's own with a little gloss for hot days. It has great staying power and does wash off fairly easily. I haven't noticed any flaking as the day goes on which is great!
I will definitely use this again and will likely try the blackest black shade next for more dramatic looks. Oh, and the tube is pretty cool as well, a sleek, modern shape that's easy to handle.

I love a good moisturizer and I particularly love products that don't feel heavy or dense on your skin (as I often break out using this type of product on my face. belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb is exactly what I look for!
The cream goes on so, so smoothly and has a terrifically light, silky feel on the skin. And it feels SO moisturizing from the moment you scoop a little out! I've been using it for about a week now and it definitely keeping my face feeling fresh and supple, a great result as I find I can get a little dry at times. Best of all, this product is full of lots of great herbal ingredients and none of the more harmful/less effective ingredients that some moisturizers contain.
The claim on this product is that it retains moisture in your skin for over 24 hours. My experience seems to indicate that this is true!
