It's flu season and with a young toddler in daycare, it was bound to happen. My li'l guy came home with a runny nose and a cough that was causing restless nights. The cough syrup helped calm his throat and let him rest properly to fight the virus.
Zarbee's was developed by a father and a paediatrician and uses no dyes or artificial sweeteners or flavours. The packaging was cute and the product and included syringe was securely wrapped.
However, honey was listed as the only medicinal ingredient and citric acid, peach flavour, and water were listed as non-medicinal ingredients. So I wonder if watered down honey would have worked just as well. Regardless, if priced well, I would still choose Zarbee's for ease of use and convenience.

We are a big Aveeno household so already know they have great products. Unfortunately, I was not able to test this item on bug bites or eczema as I didn't have any at the time.... But I did have an active itchy pimple and it worked to kill the itch. I am looking forward to trying the balm on my eczema as I am always looking for new products to stop the itchiness and keeping my skin moisturized during flare-ups. -

I used the exfoliator during a breakout and was pleasantly surprised that the exfoliator is smooth, like a milk cleanser. It does not lather like other products but my face felt refreshed and clean after using it. It did not irritate my sensitive skin. I would definitely recommend this product! -

Tylenol is a a go-to for many households for fever and pain.
My child catches a lot of viruses from daycare and between that and teething troubles, we have had to use fever and pain medication more times in these past 2 months than we would like but Tylenol has always been a trusted brand and works fast and effectively.
We received the grape flavour to try and my child had no issues with the grape flavour. The bottle came with a measuring cup and very well sealed. In fact, I had to find a pair of scissors to cut the seal as it wasn't perforated. The bottle itself is not an open mouth, it is a small opening like the infant bottles for syringes. This prevents from accidental spillage and slows the flow for precise measurements without requiring extra effort to squeeze the bottle. The only thing I wished was that it was also dye-free like the some of the other flavours but it is paraben-free.

The Malawi Mango flavour served with ice was very refreshing. However, first few sips tasted more like peach than mango but the mango flavour became more apparent afterwards.
This drink does contain caffeine (65mg/bottle) and I was only aware after reviewing the nutritional information on the back of the bottle. It would have been better to indicate that this is a caffeinated drink on thr front as I have caffeine sensitivity and would have drank it earlier in the day vs later in the afternoon.
I would consider buying this drink if I need an energy boost.

The Salty Caramel Crunch is delicious and creamy that is both sweet and salty with a perfect toffee crunch. It was just slightly too sweet for me but still a perfect treat for a hot summer day!

Aveeno is a well trusted brand that is known for its oat ingredient. We have used various Aveeno and Aveeno baby products at home but have not tried a scented product so we are happy to try something new. The daily wash and shampoo is parabens, phthalates, and dye free which is a major factor when purchasing baby products.
The wash and shampoo is Tear-free and lathers well. The coconut scent was quite nice, albeit a bit strong for us since we are more accustomed to scent-free or mild scented products but not overwhelming. We originally thought that the scent from the wash and the cream would be too much but the scent washes off after a rinse. Great convenient all in one wash.

Aveeno is a well trusted brand that is known for its oat ingredient. We have used various Aveeno and Aveeno baby products at home but have not tried a scented product so we are happy to try something new. The daily cream is parabens, phthalates, and dye free which is a major factor when purchasing baby products. The coconut oil and shea butter really helps maintain the moisture after application and the scent is quite nice, albeit a bit strong for us since we are more accustomed to scent-free products. The cream is so nice that I've started using it on myself =) -

I am very happy to see a refill pouch for the Aveeno daily moisturizing body wash now available as I've always felt so wasteful with all the plastic bottles thrown out.
