I recieved these YSL loveshine candy glow lip balm complimentary from @yslbeauty and @thisisbutterly for my honest review. I really like these lip balms. They go on smoothly, moisturize really nicely, they are not too shiny, nor too sticky (which I find can be a problem with a lot of lip balms) and they have just the perfect hint of colour. The packaging is also gorgeous. My only complaint would be that the price point is a little high for a lip balm, but if it is with in your budget these I’d say go for it.

I recieved this #ArmaniBeauty #LuminousSilkCheekTint complimentary from @armanibeauty and @thisisbutterly for my honest review. I have to admit that I have never tried a liquid blush before (only powder and cream) and was concerned that it might be too bright or pigmented for me when I first saw the colour in the bottle. I was pleasantly surprised though. It blended out beautifully with a blender/sponge and it was very easy to build up more colour if I needed too. I’ve also tried blending it with my regular blush brush since I made this video and think it is even easier that way. It is natural looking and lasts all day for me after I set everything with a little powder. I’m sold. The colour I received and tested is rosy peach 50.5.

I receieved this Daily Moisture Fragrance Free Lotion with Ceramides from @lubridermcanada and @thisisbutterly complimentary for review. I tend towards fragranced body lotions, but this product might change my mind. It absorbs quickly, moisturizes really well and there is something to be said for a lotion that doesn’t compete with my perfume. It even can be used as a facial moisturizer according to the packaging, making it a two products in one sort of purchase. I’d definitely recommend this product, especially if you have sensitive skin and want to avoid heavy fragrances. -

I just received these #Sarna bug bites patches for free frok @butterly for a quick review. It has been too darn cold here this spring for any bugs to be out yet, but I know these will be so useful as the warm weather arrives. The patches contain witchhazel, aloe and chamomile to soothe the itch of bug bites and should also protect the area while they heal. They are also so convenient to carry around. No liquid or cream in a bottle = so much less mess. I’m glad to have these around for my first aid kit. -

I’ve used YSL fragrances for years, but I never ventured over to check out their make up line. The 2 colours I receieved #44 nude and #150 nude lingerie are great barely there shades…both cool pinks with just the right amount of shine and are moisturizing while still staying put. -

It’s cold and snowy here but the sun is still out. I really appreciate the opportunity to try out this Aveeno Calm + Restore Daily Face Moisturizer Mineral SPF 30 that I received for free from @thisisbutterly for my honest review. I love how this is a mineral sunscreen but it has just the right amount of tint to not leave any white cast on my skin. It’s also fragrance free and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I will definitely be repurchasing this one when I run out. -

I received this Zarbee's Children's Complete Cough + Cold Syrup (118ml) from butterly and Zarbee for my review. It is definitely cough and cold season here, but so far my family has managed to escape unscathed. When this arrived in the mail though I opened it just to give it a quick taste test (that can make or break things here, and I wanted to check it out before we actually might need to use it). It is fruity tasting but isn’t too terribly sweet, definitely not medicinal at all, and my son also confirmed that he would have no problem with taking this if he had a cough or cold. The ingredients list contains honey, marshmallow root, turmeric and b vitamins, which should all be useful to sooth coughs, boost immunity and fight inflammation. I feel comfortable giving this to my son should he need it this winter and am glad to have been sent the product to try. -

I finally got to test out this #Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum this week. It was a #freeproduct that I was sent from @thisisbutterly and I am impressed with it. The packaging is quite clever. There are three seperate chambers that each release a different serum as you pump. There is:
1) Hyaluronic Acid
2) Vitamin C + Niacinamide and
3) Ferulic Acid
It’s too soon to say for sure how effective it will be, but so far I have noticed an increase in skin hydration and decreased crepiness. Even though there is a very noticeable fragrance ☹️it has not caused any reactions at all for me, and I find it pleasant enough. I do like how all of my serums are combined into one product to save me time on busy mornings. I’ll have to see in a few more weeks whether the convenience is worth the somewhat higher price tag

My son can run quite high fevers when he gets sick and I appreciate that when he does these tablets will relieve his discomfort and lower his fever quickly. They also taste pleasant, so there is no problem convincing him to take them.
