I simply put it in a glass of water and my grandson drank it. He has an aversion to pills as they make him gag, but he found this easy to take and he said that it was tasty. Sometimes half the battle is getting him to take things, so this is a huge win in our books! Thanks! We'd highly recommend this!    -
