So everyone already knows this but it is worth repeating!! the fifty shades of grey novel was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I cant tell you the emotions that came over me while reading the book unfortunately, the movie did not live up to the book!

Guys my whites towel have never been brighter. I will never look down at this brand again! -

I rubbed on this lotion I immediately loved it, it is light, i drys up fast while keeping your skim moisturized all day!!! i had to go out the next day and buy a couple more bottle!! My hubby has even started using it for his cracky hands! -

So I recently started cross-fit and I was advised that I had to have an intake of protein within 30-45 mins after working out, I read alot of reviews and different protein powder and ended up buying this at my local COSTCO.
I have to say I am so so happy I did. I tatse is great and the amount of protein as well as the fact it is sweetened with stevia !!! Checks all my boxes
My simple hack right now: Get some yogurt with your favorite brand oat meal plus a 1/4 scoop of protein powder!! YUMMY HEAVEN!!!
