I have never tried a digestive enzyme previously. I was happy to give this one a try. The first couple time I tried I did them incorrectly and didn't take them before eatting. So, I finally did it right after 2 days and followed the directions im the bottle. I tend to have a lot of bloating daily. Taking one of these papaya enzyme tablets before eating really helped! I didn't have bloating and almost felt like I had more room to eat comfortably. I also didn't experience any discomfort during digestion even though a couple of the meals I was eating weren't exactly top notch in the health category. Overall I really enjoyed trying papaya enzyme for digestion and I would definately buy this product.    -
