I was one of the lucky one to have been sent the Boost High protein Chocolate Shake. I was excited as was my son as he checked the mail daily to see if it had arrived. I had never tried them before and was excited to try as I do make my own shakes in the morning but sometimes time is a factor in the mornings getting to work or school.
I had taken one with me for at work to try as sometimes I am so busy I don't have time to eat. I found it did fill me up and give me a little Boost as you might say. I found the taste a bit chalky on it's own but did have some afternoon energy. My son loved them in his lunch as he is a very picky eater. He also had one before his hockey practice and said it was great as not to filling but just enough and gave him energy. He has given me thumbs up and would like to try other flavours in it. I was told Costco sells them so I will go and stock up for hockey season! Thank you ChickAdvisor for the opportunity to try this product! #gotitfree #tryBOOSThp
